Not a foot!
Nothing
Everything here will humiliate you for wanting to save money. A mattress instead of a bed on the floor, mold on the ceiling and furniture moved as if from a landfill. The owners of the hotel are unfriendly. You will keep saying to yourself "this is too much, even at this price."

Nice budget hotel with sufficient amenities
Although the hotel is located far from the sea, the price is much lower than that of coastal hotels. With the rest of the infrastructure, everything is fine, there are grocery and other shops, a grocery market, and catering places nearby. The owner is from Slovenia, very friendly and business man, no questions asked or nagging. We arrived at the hotel before check-in started and while our room was being cleaned, we were offered a temporary room where we could leave our belongings.
The bathroom sink was clogged. The balcony was not cleaned in front of the settlement.

Relatively normal
I recklessly booked this hotel at a non-refundable rate after 24 hours on the way. In principle, I can be everywhere without complaints, because I understand the value for money. Plus it's great that I like to walk a lot and this housing option allowed me to walk 10 km a day! As a result, I found accommodation by the sea at the same price, but with all the advantages of a good hotel (cleanliness, water + tea, coffee, hot water in the shower and no odors)
The fact that there is no hot water is certainly not very good. Bed linen and towels are not fresh. There was hair in the bed, obviously not mine))) The floor was dirty on check in. They asked me the next day if everything was fine, but I didn’t consider it necessary to say something, because I was leaving in the morning and it was already pointless to solve all the shortcomings before leaving.

They gave me a better room than the one I had booked, but that one is quite decent, I stayed twice and everything is fine

Very good
We were very well received by the very helpful staff. Market, street food, restaurant, market ... Walking distance.
Accommodation away from tourist activities. Some difficulties in getting to Pattaya by bus.

Slightly poor ventilation in the room and refrigerator with wake-up function
