The price doesn't justify it.
The hotel looked new and was done to a high standard. The room was a bit dark because it faced the inner courtyard, but it was spacious enough.
The pillows were hard. For breakfast there was only a full menu.

New hotel with room for improvement
New hotel, good location, short walk to waterfront and night market. Room size ok but tiny bathroom! All a bit plush, lots of marble, chandeliers etc... Garage directly in the hotel, with lots of space.
Extremely uncomfortable pillows, incredibly thick and massive! Worry about a stiff neck! No warm water at the sink. There is no bread for breakfast, only black, so-called "Kohlebrötchen", a bit like small black steamed noodles. Not everyone's taste.

In general, I am satisfied, despite the indicated points. but we didn't like it
very helpful staff. the rooms were clean and well maintained including the rest of the building.
Refrigerator, because indeed, when we remove the card for electricity, the refrigerator also stops, which is not cool, because we were carrying fruit, which then had to be thrown away. no air conditioning in places outside the rooms. point for improvement, possibility to make coffee or tea in the room

overpriced, albeit substandard
Nice bedding except pillows
No safe in rooms No free coffee or kettle Cramped bathroom Pillows too big, hard Bitter coffee for breakfast (old Thai), no yoghurt ... the electricity in the room was turned off at noon when we received consent to leave the room for another 1 hour for 300 B.; there is no telephone in the room, must get dressed, go downstairs to talk at the reception, ask to restore the current, .. if you pay 300 bp. ...
