the location of the bungalows close to the sea and the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant in the evening.
dismissive staff who do not pay much attention to customers the old-fashioned and poorly maintained bungalows garden property with uncollected waste
Very nice and located directly on the sea with a beautiful view (sunset)
The staff speak little or no English. Unfortunately, the boss (the woman who writes the bills) never smiles and the American breakfast (the only one available) was seen after two days.
great location, beach great for swimming
The beds are an impertinence, boards with 2 cm edition.
the location was a dream, the beach was great, villa 1 with a direct sea view was a dream. sea top Villa is in the front line.
The staff was uninterested and unfriendly by Thai standards. Payment upon arrival was the only thing that mattered to them. No smiles or greetings. You have the feeling that you are disturbing.
Edge of the beach and omnipresent nature. The friendliness of the staff. Very good restaurant. Freshness, habitats without the need for air conditioning, thanks to the many trees.
A fridge, even a small one, would not be a luxury. The relatively high prices of the restaurant and particularly the bar which do not reflect the camping principle at all.
Unique location on a dreamy beach. . Beautiful simple bamboo huts., very quiet,.
There was nothing positive about our cottage other than the proximity to the beach.
The mostly young staff was partly unfriendly. In the outside "bathroom" there was only running cold water. Not to mention the facility. There was no room service. Fresh towels, new water and coffee powder were only given after a complaint. The trash cans were not even emptied. We love animals, but the fact that about 20 chickens and roosters gave their wake-up call every morning from 1:30 a.m. was too much for us.
Beautiful beach, very quiet and with clean sea where you can swim although you have to be careful because it becomes deep immediately after a few steps. The masonry bungalows are beautiful which unfortunately I did not use since they were not available for 5 consecutive nights.
The structure has no reception which takes place at the bar. The bamboo bungalow has an external bathroom which is accessed from the back of the room and is not comfortable at night in the dark. Cleaning and linen change are only on request, otherwise they are not carried out. Breakfast has little choice and is a set menu. A few meters away there is only a restaurant or very expensive hotels where you can dine. For what it offers I found it a bit expensive. They don't have a shuttle to the "center" so you walk along the beach (about 15 min) or take a taxi x 100 bath. The staff does not speak English and you have to communicate with google translator. There are no deck chairs for sunbathing.
the beach right in front of the door is very nice! clean and great water However, not suitable for children because the water gets very deep very quickly and the waves are quite strong!
the staff speaks almost no English and seems constantly annoyed. we really have the worst night in 3 weeks Thailand :( … the “bed” is ROCK HARD!!! and in the morning from 5 a.m. you are woken up by about 20 crowing roosters and barking dogs. (the dogs are not friendly, but growl when they see you). The restaurant is super unloving and by Thai standards really super expensive! Plastic chairs as far as the eye can see.. That for 60 euros a night! sorry but that was really the most expensive and worst accommodation ever …. NOT RECOMMENDABLE !!!
unlike the cottages (I've stayed there before), the villas are much nicer and more comfortable. Great location on the beach with a view of the sea from the bed. (with the door open)
Everything OK The cottages are VERY basic in contrast to the 3 villas
The location and beach were great.
Animals roam free. Especially chickens and dogs. The chickens wake you up at 4 a.m. Because the cabin I booked has very thin walls, it was more of a glamping than a room. The cabin only had an old mattress. No place to store luggage and no fridge. Bathroom was outside of the hut... Only some warm water during the day. Only take a cold shower in the evening. If you are on it and want to get rid of a lot of money, this is the place for you....
Fantastic location and extremely nice operator!
proximity to the beach
Two houses on the first line of the beach, and the second is slightly pushed behind the first. To the right and left, there are 5 * hotels and apartments, so everything is clean, there is no garbage, and it says a lot about the place. Nearby there are a couple of local cafes with sea food at reasonable prices. I requested a second blanket - it was in the house upon arrival. The beach is very good, not very crowded by the standards of Phuket, the depth is almost immediately - the tides are not felt. A hearty breakfast with instant coffee is included. Dog-friendly (with surcharge).
The staff really doesn't speak the language very well and that's not normal for a tourist oriented place. No service to speak of. Find out about included breakfast, Wi-Fi, etc. we need ourselves. On the day of departure, although breakfast is from 9, they said sorry but there will be no breakfast - the cook is sleeping and will arrive at 10)) Indeed, a very hard and uncomfortable mattress (and this is essentially the main thing). Buying a small mattress pad is not a problem, but apparently the owners do not read the reviews. There is no glass on the window, so you can't use it. There is also no door to the toilet, instead of it there is a curtain. Light in the house is critically small. Roosters crow in the morning according to the schedule. The restaurant is objectively overpriced. In general, if not for the fantastic location on a great beach, with such a set of inconveniences, the place would hardly have had such a rating.
American breakfast included. Alright!
The bungalow was quite old and outdated, but the view was fantastic. There were no windows without shutters. A bit of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The air conditioning was quite loud, but fulfilled its function. Little hard bed with mosquito net!
The tranquility of this place.
Nearby hotels played loud music at sunset. The staff had little English.
Beachfront location. Nice personel. Small, family facility with many free-range chickens and Güggel 😆. You definitely don't need an alarm clock. Several kilometers long beach with very few people.
According to the offer, we rented a holiday home with a private bathroom and balcony. A little old wooden hut of max. 7m2 awaited us. For the bathroom you had to go out the back door into a separate wooden house which had no electricity and you had to use a flashlight at night - the flashlight was provided. The bed was a mattress on the floor. The mosquito net had holes in several places. On the "balcony" you definitely had to wear shoes, as small rusty nails stuck out. We're not fussy and like basic accommodation, but we were very disappointed with what we were offered. The resort is very remote, that's not a criticism, you just have to know that... The resort would actually be quite nice, with lots of potential, if it were better maintained. We have been traveling in Thailand for a month now and had never paid that much for accommodation and everyone else has been a lot better. To be fair, one has to say that all the nearby hotels and resorts are in the high price segment...
The breakfast could be improved, the orange juice was Fanta and the dish was not very decent.
On the last day they wanted to charge us for the breakfasts when they were clearly included in the booking price and we had to wait a considerably long time for them to realize the mistake and they didn't ask us or apologize for the mistake.
Right on the beach The room is very clean
The small bamboo hut is quite basic but air conditioned. Toilets are separate but full and clean. View and access to a large beautiful beach with tall trees. Check out at 12:00 let us enjoy even the day of departure.
The atmosphere was very pleasant. the owners tried to make it attractive. The location right on the beach was great and it was nice to sit at the bar. The staff were very friendly and nice, but unfortunately they don't speak English well.
However, the beautiful design stopped at the huts. Even a very simple bamboo hut can be made more inviting and attractive with the help of details. For example, in the bathroom, you can use a roof instead of a mesh, so that it is not covered with needles and other things. It was also pretty dirty. The trash can wasn't empty and it didn't look like anyone had cleaned it. For breakfast we would have liked a little more choice. For example, another "breakfast set" would be nice. Also, there was no free coffee in the morning (instant coffee is always carried throughout the room). Overall, I found the food prices to be a bit on the high side compared to other hotels on our trip.
Villa facing the sea, nickel air conditioner, mosquito net, comfortable bed. Cicadas song at the end of the day, sunset in front of Villa 1. Nothing special, just very functional. The place is great but quite isolated. Supermarket and other shops about 2 km. We finally extended the time by 2 nights, so it's good here!
An excellent place away from the bustle of tourists Beautiful almost deserted beach. Charming cottages and villas. We liked!
Nothing
The staff was friendly. Nice long beach.
Tiny accommodation - we literally had to crawl over our luggage to get into our bed. The toilet and bathroom were dirty. For one night as a stopover it was ok. Breakfast is not until 9:00 which is very inconvenient if you need to leave early.
Location and very quiet accomodation.... all staff willing to help us / very attentive in everything! Thank you so much for your patience and the love we received! Without hesitation, I will be back again!
Very friendly staff, sunset food and drinks right on the beach, very nice wicker beach house, beautiful beach
Knowledge of English was very poor, unfortunately there were animals in the water, uncomfortable on the skin, but fortunately not poisonous
The experience of staying in a bamboo hut just a few steps from the sea was really nice. The view was also beautiful and the beach bar and restaurant complex with bamboo tables and chairs was very inviting. The staff were always friendly and courteous although not everyone spoke English. However, we always got what we wanted. The beach was not crowded all the time, so it's just a dream compared to other beaches where you feel like a sardine in a can. The sea is relatively calm; there were almost no higher waves and the water was very nice and clear, no algae or anything.
The water in the shower could have been a little warmer, but I don't think there is a boiler or anything, so it was cool. But you get used to it after a while.
The place is very quiet, great beach, very few people. The bar with cocktails and food is excellent. The staff is young and takes care of the garden and the animals. I love it. Staff love animals, staff nicknames are monkeys and great 👍 It doesn't look like a hotel but like a jungle. Completely different angle.
