The villa is located 10 km from the Lipa Noi ferry (20-30 minutes drive). Around it is very quiet and calm. Cameras are installed around the perimeter of the villa complex. Very good-natured owner Stefan, originally from England. Conducted a sightseeing tour of the villa, clarified maybe something else is needed. The villa is simply gorgeous, a parking lot with automatic gates, a large swimming pool, 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom and dressing room, two rooms have an outdoor shower, a large living room with a kitchen, an excellent wooden table, a coffee machine (coffee, tea, sugar), in general easier to tell what is not. The water in the cooler is constantly replenished, in the last villa you had to constantly buy in supermarkets. Small things like chilled glasses and glasses in the freezer are thought out. Good grill (coal, ignition is all there), it has not been possible to cook meat so tasty and properly for a long time. Also Stefan gave the keys to the scooter (free of charge), but we had a car so we didn't use it. We had 3 bicycles at our disposal, also completely free. The day after arrival, we were brought a lot of toys for the children, as well as a mattress and a circle for the pool, the children were very happy. Electricity is on, which is very good, there is no need to strain on any other things besides rest. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to a good beach (Silver Beach, Coral Cove), there are other busier ones, etc. I asked Stefan to buy us a ferry ticket, he gladly agreed, which helped a lot, because the ferry was canceled at the right time, which was reported to Stefan and we were able to quickly change the departure time. It was absolutely amazing, Stefan our host was very helpful, he helped us organize the tours and scooters. He had very good advice on what to do. The villa had everything your heart desires, handing over the keys was easy and effortless. The accommodation was a dream, unfortunately we only stayed there 5 nights. We agree that we could have held out there much longer. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. Our expectations were more than exceeded.

Nice welcome from the owner. Good guy. Nice clean and well maintained villa. Fully equipped! The beds sleep well. Even the phone is available for google maps or for calling a taxi. Joe's taxi is terribly expensive. Better to rent a scooter. The owner can arrange this for you as well. Fruit, bread, eggs, milk, butter, coffee and tea are offered. Also beer in the fridge. Of course for a fee Washing is possible.

A very real host who arranged a boat day for us, brought games for my 3 year old nephew and arranged all the transportation.
