Perfect
We had the best house with our own pool and it is very, very gorgeous! For me with 3 kids it was perfect. The location on the island is a bit remote, it is recommended to rent a car - the owner arranged this for us. The food in the kitchen was amazing

Exceptional
We were able to spend 10 wonderful days at Laemsor Residence with very friendly and helpful staff. We relaxed very well thanks to the quiet location in a beautiful villa right on the beach and great food. The hosts Yana and Martin (as well as Martin Junior) looked after us from the very first minutes. We also took a boat trip with Martin Junior - it was an unforgettable excursion for us! We will be happy to return.

Very good
The Laemsor residence was great, the relaxed atmosphere created by Martin and his son, we could ask them anything. The white house was very nice and right on the beach, we were allowed to use the private pool in the house next to us because it didn't give up there nowadays, lovely pool. The food was super tasty, the fried rice was the best we ate in the whole trip to Thailand, Martin also makes a barbecue to order in our case with seafood, it was super tasty. My son and my husband were allowed to use the kayak and fishing line, and they caught squid in the sea, which my son was allowed to barbecue.
The place was too quiet, too far from everything, but we did not stay there long, I am sure that Martin will arrange all possible transport for you.

Ideal for relaxation
The location is perfect if you want to be away from the crowds with sea and beach views just for you.

Feet in the sand, nice pool, nice staff
Plain bedding on one of the beds in the bungalow, the roof of the bathroom allows birds to get dirty.

Wonderful holiday with pool and sea view
Nicely located house with pool (can be shared with 3 other houses, but no problem) and sea views. The location of the house is in the quietest part of the island. There was a bar and breakfast options. Restaurant within walking distance (accessible along the beach)

A real vacation!
Welcoming Martin, we discovered our luxurious beachfront bungalow, where we will spend 12 nights. If desired, we have an open kitchen at our disposal, but the chefs are also ready to prepare delicious meals for us. Infinity pool, canoe, boat ride, sun, beach, scooter ride ... everything was there for us to have a great time! Thanks to the whole team for the welcome and advice!
We would like to see towels and sheets changed more often. But nothing serious.

Great hosts, good service. Ideal for relaxation. Massages and food on site. It takes 15 minutes to get to Lamai Beach by taxi.
The sea is very shallow - knee-deep, it is impossible to swim. For swimming, you need to sail on a kayak for about 10 minutes. If the priority is the sea, then I recommend considering other options.

Great rooms with great staff!
- very friendly staff - Location right on a quiet beach (shallow water!) - beautiful large rooms / always clean - very good food - very quiet place on the other side of the island, away from the hustle and bustle
- Unfortunately, payment by credit card is not possible - a shame - for us it was absolutely perfect, but you need to rest a little, because there really isn't much around (or, of course, you are going somewhere)

It's right on the beach! The hosts made us feel at home. The owners tried very hard in everything. They supported us in many ways. The beach is more suitable for recreation and for children to play. You cannot swim or you need swimming shoes to get over small rocks. There is a canal you can swim along. There is a free kayak. There is also a spacious swimming pool. The food is amazing and cheap.
The bed was too hard and the other was too soft in the bungalow, but that's a matter of opinion!

Quiet and lonely side of Koh Samui
Very nice house with its own pool. Great bathroom with open shower! (Except for missing towel hooks) Ideal for those who love a quiet part of Koh Samui. The resort is remote, but there are several restaurants within walking distance. Nice hosts. You almost have one beach. Mopeds are delivered directly to the doors and you can also leave them here. Very good massage right on the beach. It was a couple of pleasant, relaxed days
When we were there, the sea was not so clear, there was foam on the water, but this became a common problem. There were 5 of us and we would like some more ways to hang towels in the bathroom and be able to distinguish between them. Therefore, we always brought towels to the room. The food you can order in advance (fish) was very good, but none of us liked the a la carte Thai food, breakfast was prepared a little sloppy.

Laem Sor - secret little paradise
Wonderful, quiet place and very nice dogs. Great, quiet and clean beach (when you go out every day, like us, to collect trash, casually throw a tourist on the beach or to be washed down on the beach in waves) We wanted peace and quiet, and found and preserved it in Laem Sor. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay. For everyone who also wants to relax away from the crowded beaches with tourists and vendors and can take care of themselves (prepare and prepare breakfast) Absolutely the RIGHT thing! If necessary, you can of course also have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the beach bar. Another restaurant is within walking distance on the beach. The next 7/11 is 2-3 minutes by scooter and about 10-15 minutes to reach Lamai. A big compliment to the owners who are ready to help you with advice, take action and answer any open questions. Their friendliness and unobtrusiveness make the Zack family very personable. Thanks to our dear cleaning lady S.A., who has always created a first-class clean home for us, helped with the cleaning of the shrimp and returned the linen with a wonderfully fragrant smell. We would love to return: D
two suggestions for improvement, no criticism: Air conditioning on the ground floor would have been an investment, but not absolutely necessary. Due to the proximity to the sea, the basement was always a breeze. Since they cooked a lot ... 1-2 new pans, but if necessary, ask at the bar :)
