Always Glade :)
Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was very plentiful and tasty - something for every taste - very beautiful and well maintained resort area, would love to come back.
The water in the shower was sometimes difficult to regulate - it immediately turned from cold to boiling.

Ideal
Everything: the staff, the room, the bathroom outside, the location, the excellent breakfast... We were with my family, and the children (4 and 6 years old) liked this hotel as much as the adults. It has a lot of charm and is very comfortable.

I would love to return
exceptional hospitality and thoughtful service throughout your stay, this is a human scale hotel and it is a pleasure to move through the tropical garden to go from your room to the restaurant. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. What happiness!
Perhaps the Wi-Fi coverage could be extended to all rooms, but it also allows for a bit of disconnection, which isn't necessarily a bad thing :)
