In general, everything is very good, we are satisfied. If you eliminate the minor flaws that I wrote about earlier, then it will generally be super!
Quiet, cozy nook. Quiet at night, no noise from the street. there is absolutely everything nearby: exchange offices, cafes, massage, super and mini market. To a good part of the beach 5 min. Room cleaning every day. Towels, of course, already tired, but washed clean.
I wanted it to be cleaner: wash the wall flooded with something, wash the curtains (everything is divorced).

I didn't stay at Clear House Phuket, which was closed, but at Clear House Resort. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, a small family with a very smiling and sweet child. Beautiful lobby and beautiful hotel pool. Clean and spacious room with a balcony. A bottle of water is offered every day. Great residence!
Everything was perfect. Please note that when you stay at Clear House Resort, you will be approximately a 10-minute walk from Kamala Beach. Clear House Phuket is located next to the beach.

The price-value ratio is perfect. The staff is very kind and attentive to the guests' needs.
Very good location. It is close to the beach and local restaurants.
The room could not be well ventilated. Cross draft is not possible.

Nice hotel at a nice price
We rested in this hotel for 7 days from February 14, 2022. For its price, the hotel is excellent, loyal managers, in case of a positive PCR test and asymptomatic covid, they promised to leave in their hotel. I consider the main advantages of the hotel to be the proximity to Kamala beach - 5 minutes and you are already by the sea, proximity to cafes, shops, macaques. The nearest cafe is right around the corner. Up to 7-11 minutes 10 on foot along the embankment. The room has a mini fridge, a large comfortable bed with bedside tables, a table with a kettle, accessories and coffee / tea. The refrigerator was replenished daily with two bottles of water. I liked the original decoration of the shower floor with small pebbles, it is not slippery and it is pleasant to stand with your feet. There is something like a track with a table and chairs, in the evening it is nice to sit there and have dinner / eat fruit. I really liked the girl manager, simple and pleasant in communication, fulfilled all our requests and wishes. It is possible to rent a bike for 250 baht/day.
The air conditioners are old and noisy, didn't use much, slept with the door open.

It's a shame that I spent 15 days in Russian and Swedish parrots with small and large children, which made a lot of noise.

Above expectations
Otherwise, the guest house exceeded my expectations. The room was very large, as was the bed. The shower was also very large. Every day it was very carefully cleaned and even tidied up. Hairdryer, towels, kettle and drinking water (2 bottles per room per day) were available free of charge. The air conditioning also worked very well and was relatively quiet. I also really liked that the windows in the toilet and shower were fitted with fly screens to keep mosquitoes from getting in. The beach, all kinds of restaurants and shops were in close proximity. Even my very late arrival (shortly before midnight) was not a problem after advance email notification. Otherwise, check-in will be from 14:00 to 18:00 according to the information. Excellent value for money and quality! I would book here again!
The staff were pleasant but not very talkative. Guided tours were also offered at the guest house or flyers were posted in the office, but there was no one to be seen, so I booked tours outside. You yourself have never actively offered anything. The day before I left, I asked for a transfer or taxi to the airport. When she told me the price, I asked why it was so expensive, because a taxi is cheaper there. She just said that I need to take a taxi on the street, then I'll be cheaper, I thought.

Cozy little boutique hotel.
A couple of friends were here in March 2019 on a tour of Thailand. We had booked 2 nights through booking.com. After 2 days we ordered 2 more. After the 4th day, we would have liked to stay even longer, but unfortunately it was fully booked. The hotel is centrally located near shops, good restaurants etc. Clear house is located so that it is calm and quiet. Good beds and pillow. Spacious room sharing, large shower room, without thresholds which make this place also suitable for people with reduced mobility. Clean, nice and cozy little place. The rooms where we stayed were on the ground floor, with a small sitting area outside. I would recommend the place and would love to go back to Clear House Kamala Beach.

Nice guest house on Walking Street
Very spacious and clean, big shower, not bad, good location, quiet, nice terrace, absolutely recommended
Despite the availability of sufficient rooms, late check-out is not possible despite the additional charge offered. It is inconvenient to fly home late from the beach.

Peace and quiet: Kamala is ideal for families.
Value for money and proximity to the beach and nightlife (even if it's not that much compared to other places).
Overly hard mattress (resting on a wooden surface, not mesh...) and walls too "transparent" for noise.
