good for one night, but no more
the proximity to the market and the corniche, the little Thai is good for the rest below the norm for this type of host

everything is good in general
The hotel is very well located, near the night market and a lot of cafes, go to the sea along a busy street. The bed is large, comfortable, the balcony is tiny, just to dry things. The hens and the rooster yelled amusingly downstairs - apparently there is a farmer's house.
Breakfast is rather poor - three dishes to choose from plus eggs and pastries, coffee is not bad. Very bad drain in the bathroom - apparently clogged, I had to ask the reception to clear the blockage, it helped a little, there was an unpleasant smell. Also full audibility about what is being done in the hallway and neighboring rooms, but we were lucky, there were quiet couples. Once, only in the middle of the night, we woke up from knocking and talking in the corridor.

Have a nice stay
Hotel not far from the beach. Swimming pool on the roof very pleasant and suitable for even young children. The rooms are very pleasant with the possibility of having two adjoining rooms for large families. Very helpful and kind staff. The food market located a few steps from the hotel is very good for local and inexpensive food. Note the excellent Thai buffet and the nearby 7 eleven as well. Quiet hotel.
Many bars around which is very good but may not be for a family with young children. Otherwise, nothing to say.

Ok, but not Pattaya again.
Hotel, rooms, beds, facilities, staff, pool.
Hotel + room was very good. Less good that it is located next to bar/girl streets, which meant that there were mostly older fat (some thin 😁) guys with young Thai girls/guys. Not our cup of tea. A few ordinary couples too, + many Russians, who according to their own statement escaped military service in Russia (honor to them), but overall we didn't think it was pleasant. But this is Pattaya so ... you have to take the customs where you go.

Large clean room, cheap accommodation
Very close to Jomtien Beach
Pool was only open until 7pm in the evening.

The location is great, the staff are friendly.
The location is good, and not right on a noisy street, walk five minutes, everything is within walking distance, a cafe, a market, a pharmacy, an exchanger. The staff is very friendly. Having a balcony is a plus and a good view.
Breakfasts are monotonous, on days when the hotel is full, a buffet, for two weeks of stay it was only twice.

the location is quite good, quiet and the market is nearby, and the beach is 5 minutes
1. disgusting breakfast 2. cold pool and not quite clean, there are only 4 sunbeds! 3. soiled the bed linen, cut my finger, said you need to pay 300 baht or wash it yourself🤦♂️

do not want to return
the staff is very friendly and helpful. respond to any request. the location is good, there are cafes nearby and it’s not far to walk to jomtien
the hotel is old, everything is already worn and dirty. strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the room. the balcony, which is indicated in the booking, is simply ridiculous, only the block from the air conditioner is placed there, you can’t even go out on it. very gloomy atmosphere in the room. When we arrived, we immediately wanted to leave.

the impression of the hotel was pleasant. Everything you ask for is provided. Beach towels are changed upon request.
Stayed at the hotel between 10/10/2022 and 10/16/2022. The hotel is comfortable enough. Liked the small pool on the roof. Delicious breakfasts. There is a choice: a local version or an American one. Cleaning every day. Two bottles of water in glass were renewed every day. There is a market next to the hotel. You can have cheap and tasty lunch and dinner there. Good selection of fruits. The prices are very pleasant. To the beach, walk at a slow pace along the cafes for 15 minutes.
Did not like the greed in wi-fi. If you have only one telephone, then you will not be able to connect a computer in the room. Shared wi-fi at the reception. But it is not convenient to work in the zone of incoming and outgoing guests. Very small balcony. Only standing. There is nowhere to put a chair.

Good value for money.
Large comfortable room. Cleaning. Swimming pool on the terrace. Good value for money.
Monotonous breakfast and not very high quality products. Some sockets were broken.

Good recommended hotel, TOP SERVICE, close by
Great hotel with great service at a good price. The room has everything you need: flat screen TV, kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge, good air conditioning, mini safe, etc. The shower in the bathroom had a hand held and large overhead shower. The view from the rooftop pool over Pattaya is impressive. Pool towels can be picked up free of charge at reception or delivered directly to your room. Breakfast was not a buffet due to low occupancy at the moment, but was freshly cooked on request, international/American (toast, scrambled eggs and bacon, etc.) or Thai (soups and similar). Subsequent orders, such as additional slices of toast, fried eggs, etc., also caused no problems and were happily delivered later. TOP service!! In the immediate vicinity, despite the quiet location, there are several restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The location is a bit off the beaten track and the balcony is mostly too small serving more of an access to the outdoor air conditioners.

Accessible, good environment
Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, market and convenience stores. Songthaew is also running, so area movement is also good. It's one step away from Jomtien Second Road, so it's quiet and comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast is also delicious. Also, I would like to use it for accommodation or meals.

Very positive and highly recommended
Otherwise the room was very nice, the bed was quite comfortable and nothing was missing. The breakfast in particular was amazing. Since there were few guests, everything is very fresh here. Scrambled eggs are especially positive. Search was always available when needed. The hotel is also quite close to the main beach. The rooftop pool is great too, with great views, I highly recommend it. Best hotel.
The dark color of the walls and the air conditioner gave me problems, sometimes too cold, sometimes too warm. The water temperature in the hand shower was simply not regulated. It is always very warm.

Great hotel in the beginning of Jomtien
Very helpful staff, special thanks to Ri-Ta & Jieb. Good location at the very beginning of Jomtien. Fairly quiet area, although not far from the night market and karaoke bars, but not particularly noisy. Breakfast until 10.30 and the pool is open until 21.00, but you can sit later with a view of the city and the sea. Very clean. The breakfasts are good. Came back for the second time, great value for the price. Last time there were a lot of Chinese, this time not.
Slow, dropping WiFi with limited connections (2 per room). Breakfast lacks cheese, quality sausages, fresh pastries, pancakes, juice was only one for two weeks and tired.

The rooms are ok, the pool is ok,,,,,, but the breakfast... without words and the cleanliness of the buffet was poor
We didn't like the breakfast....chinese tourists in the hotel...no food culture...cleanliness left much to be desired.....missed for breakfast several times....
announcement in advance that chinese tourists were staying there... we wouldn't have booked a hotel

Real holiday
Location, spacious room, shower, very friendly staff, lovely pool with fantastic city / sea views (no. 708), king size bed, many English speaking channels.
Wi-Fi, breakfast, noise inconvenience in the front of the hotel (ask for a room at the back of the hotel because we had a suite in the front with troubles and then we got a "smaller room" at the back of the hotel and this was good), some sun loungers in the rooftop pool

Otherwise lovely, clean, new hotel!
My room was right under the rooftop pool. And at 7 in the morning there was always some kind of swimmer in the pool. It is impossible to sleep in the room at this time! Keep in mind, gentlemen, vacationers)

Good
Very good location, close to good authentic restaurants and several bars. The beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The room was nice and large. The bed was comfortable.
The staff were not friendly or incompetent especially at breakfast. There were groups of Chinese people who made a lot of noise and disorder in the buffet. The staff were poorly stocked, did not clean tables, did not set chairs properly.

Incomparable
Very comfortable, clean and not expensive. Friendly staff. Great location. Great place to stay for 1-2 nights looking for a long term or short term accommodation in the beginning of Jomtien. Near the market. To the beach and songteo (tuk-tuks), going to the center 7-8 minutes on foot.

In general, everything was excellent.
Good hotel. Adequate price. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts. Rooftop swimming pool available at any time. True, water is chlorinated at night, and a sign hangs that it is not recommended to use the pool. But we arrived late, went to freshen up, and no one limited us. The view from there is gorgeous.
It has already been written here that there are many Chinese groups, and this is true - the hotel is actively cooperating with Chinese customers. They are often quite noisy and unrestrained citizens. This is a national feature. But no one bothers you to make a remark if they bother you? That's exactly what I did when the noise and din prevented me from breakfast. And everything was resolved. The people apologized and we parted amicably.
