It could be better
Uniform breakfasts. Not complete information about the hotel in Bukin. In the room, the mattress in all likelihood has seen everything it could. No one responded to a request to change. All in all I don't recommend this hotel.

Nice quiet area.
The room was clean and the staff friendly.
It was very hot on the balcony when the air conditioner was blowing and there were no chairs. The breakfast area was quite small, it was hard to find a table.

Reminds of a Soviet boarding house.
Decent breakfasts, despite the small range of dishes. Hotel tuk-tuks are taken from the reception to the desired building or villa. Nice pool. The deluxe room is spacious and bright with everything you need. Beach with palm trees. You can sunbathe on a sun lounger or on the sand under the palm trees. The local population is not annoying. There are many cafes and shops with the necessary products.
The hotel description does not indicate that the vast territory on one side adjoins Jomtien Beach, and on the other - to the highway. But you can only enter the territory from the beach side. We need to open the entrance from Second Street. The territory is not well-groomed. A lot of trash. There are no pastries at breakfasts. Only jam with bread.

A great place to relax on Jomtien Beach.
At our resort, we met interesting personalities from all over the world. Good location, close to the taxi rank and the sea. The beach is good, the water is clean. On Wednesdays, the beach is always cleaned, which is good. The pool was a pleasant surprise.
The shared social space outside was uncomfortable with plastic chairs. The breakfast was rather one-sided. Staff should learn a little English, just like in the travel industry.

It could be better.
Of the advantages, I would like to note only the large green area and the location of the hotel.
Very old and broken furniture! One towel per person, The building is essentially on the second street of Jomtien. Thanks to breakfast, I won't eat rice for three years for sure. Rice and overcooked chicken legs every day.

Good value for money. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and varied.
Cleanliness: the bathroom was frankly dirty on our arrival, the stairs leading to the room were never cleaned during the 5 days spent at the hotel. I chose this hotel because, according to the booking, it was by the sea; but we rented a room in a building at the end of a private driveway, a few hundred yards from the beach.
