There is no sun at all either on the balcony or in the room. It overlooks the neighboring courtyard, where there is always a shadow. The floors were dirty and we had to wash them ourselves 2 times before it became comfortable to walk barefoot. Mold and sewer just smelled terrible everywhere, this is probably the problem of the whole condo. The smell stood in the room and in the corridors and around the pool and on the floor. Air fresheners didn't help much. The pool and slides are already very old, the coating around the pool is also proteitle, everything in general has seen the views. The resort itself is already outdated. Inside there is nowhere to sunbathe, there are very few sunny places and sunbeds, tall buildings create shade everywhere.

The terrible smell of the toilet was all the time in the corridor of building C and partly in the room. There were fragrances everywhere, but that didn't help. Not enough bed linen for 4 people. The staff does not know what it is, they brought 4 blankets at night and not a single duvet cover. Pillows stained. The sofa in the living room is very short, son 180 tall did not fit. One fork and one teaspoon for 4 people is ridiculous.

there was an armchair in the room with a torn seat, on which it was impossible to sit at all. why there is a chair in the room on which you can’t sit is not clear to me, because it occupies half the room. the person who brought us the keys touched the chair chair and said that he would bring us a chair. He did not bring us a chair, he did not answer the calls. We stayed only for two days, thank God the owner came to pick up the keys when we checked out, when asked why he didn’t bring us a chair, he said that he forgot. just like that, I just forgot. disgusting service.

At the reception there were communication problems. Mr. M didn't bother to show up, I could only talk to him on the phone. He sent an elderly woman who didn't understand me and I didn't understand. She gave me Mr. M's phone number and I understood I should call Mr. M to check out. I went to eat after I arrived and came back after 11pm. The woman hadn't explained the room to me and I wasn't able to turn off the indirect lighting. Nobody from the reception could help me. Since I can't fall asleep with the lights on, I tried to sleep in the living room. The sofa was too short and the floor too hard, so I had a sleepless night. The next day Mr. M sent a young woman with whom I was able to communicate. She asked 600 Tbaht for cleaning the room and for my problem with the light she called Mr. M and refused to compensate me for the sleepless night. When I visited before Corona, the pool bar was in operation, so I was able to eat and play at the pool bar while playing in the water, but it was a bit inconvenient as the pool bar is not currently in operation. There are two air conditioners in the living room and two rooms, but one remote control was broken so I couldn't use it. It was disappointing that the pool view room was slightly smaller than the last time, which was generally smaller than the city view room.

The only drawback is the remote location from the center, Bali Hai pier and Walking Street itself, but we were ready for this, because already knew the city and understood where we were going, I wanted to get the experience of living in a residential area. But those who are traveling for the first time expect to travel to the islands and hang out in bars every day - it is better to take housing in the very center. Even having a bike or a car, in the evenings, especially during the season, there are large traffic jams, and you can easily get stuck for an hour and a half, covering the distance of 6 km from Jomtien to the center.

no work is being done in the building because no one was working, the outside shower is not working, the holes are dug but not filled up, the SHOWER is in the bathroom, it is impossible to choose hot or cold ... the temperature is always the same ..

The location was not very pleasant. Upon check-in, they took 600 baht for cleaning after our check-out, no cleaning was done every day. When booking, cleaning was a separate line, as an additional service and was not included in the final calculation, but upon check-in it turned out that this was a mandatory fee. Perhaps I misunderstood everything, but nevertheless, read carefully when booking. At the end of the day, even with that money, the cost of the room is not great.
