An excellent condo for a long stay with a family. Beautiful surroundings, large pools around the perimeter and water slides.

Everything is there for cooking. Oven, dishes, microwave. Near 7 eleven. You need to understand that this is a condo and there will be no daily cleaning. And breakfast too. But, on the territory there is a cafe where you can eat at an inexpensive price. There are many cafes around. There is an exchanger just 2 steps away with a good rate. There is a Thai boxing school in 10 minutes, it was a pity to find out about it in the end only.

A new frying pan was provided upon request. Active interaction with tenants. Clean apartment. It was quiet at night. Probably lucky with neighbors. The air conditioner cools well. Water and electricity are included in the final price.

I really liked the rest in this complex, but we were with a car and went to the beach of a dancing girl, so I can't say objectively how to relax on the beaches of Jomtien. Very friendly host, with whom we talked on Vatsap. Despite the late arrival - he left us the keys in the mailbox and the next day we met with him. The complex has pools that are very steep, but the cool water is not very comfortable, so we swam a couple of times. There is also a cafe and a restaurant with normal cuisine. Everything was fine in the room, but there was not a lot of dirty and harsh bed. But this is nonsense. G = In short, I would advise everyone - everything suited me !!!

The entrance to the complex is by electronic keys, the guards are on guard. We stayed on the ground floor, with an exit from the balcony directly to the pool. In front of the balcony there was a green lawn, where vacationers were sunbathing, it is better not to open the curtain. For a short rest it is ok. The room has everything you need, everything is new, clean, you can cook in the kitchen, a bathroom through the bedroom, there were four bath towels, shampoo, shower gel. The room is ideal for two people. If there are more of you, choose another option. The pool is like a labyrinth, the kids will love it.

As this is an apartment, no breakfast is provided. Only dishes and kitchen utensils.

For the first time, we independently booked separate accommodation and separate air tickets without a tour operator, so before the trip we were worried for various reasons, read a lot of bad reviews about renting in Pattaya and feared that they would not meet / deceive / take a large deposit, etc. It's great that all doubts were dispelled upon arrival! Landlord - Asian, met 10 minutes after arriving in building A. We took a small studio "Sofa & Bed". The check-in went without any problems, he took a deposit of 1000 baht, as agreed on the website, upon departure, the deposit was returned. The studio is small, but very clean, well appointed, freshly renovated, located on the 3rd floor, balcony overlooking the street. The apartment was quiet and calm, they slept like dead people, no neighbors could be heard. We were worried that the balcony would be too small, but in vain, its area was enough to accommodate two. The studio had all the necessary household appliances: a microwave oven, a spacious refrigerator, a TV, a hairdryer, an electric stove, and free Wi-Fi. Laundry on the street just around the corner of the complex. Apartment summary: for this price, this is the best option for singles and married couples (it will already be a little crowded with children). In addition, there were no hidden surcharges upon arrival / departure, the landlord is very decent and responsible, I recommend renting a house from him, besides, he has several apartments in this complex, as I understand it. We had a late check-in at night and an early check-out, in both cases everything was easily decided and discussed, for which special thanks to him! As for the complex itself: a beautiful modern area with a large swimming pool and walkways along the bridges from one complex to another. Inexpensive cafe near building C, there is a pool bar. For guests, the sauna and fitness room are free of charge. The pool is open until 21:00, then it is cleaned and you cannot swim, the security of the complex strictly monitors this.

Great aparthotel with a themed pool around the courtyard. Suitable for either a short stay, as it was with us. Or vice versa, for a long and quiet, without unnecessary exits. There are all the possibilities for this: the proximity of 7/11, washing machines, massage parlors, restaurants and chufankas on every corner. Not expensive.
