Condo from a Russian owner
Quiet courtyard within walking distance of everything. Sea view. Russian speaking staff. Was cheap during the tourist lockdown
There has been no cleaning for a long time. Old furniture. Questions with the staff were not resolved very quickly.

Price-quality ratio
Location, check-in, check-out, I suppose we arrived a little later than the set time and checked out earlier (only because breakfast could not be done in the apartment). We were three days and only came to spend the night, so we have norms, plus, of course, a very humane price tag. The value for money is ok for Pattaya, as it turned out.
The kitchen stove didn’t work, it’s our own fault that they didn’t check it, but it was not pleasant that we collected food for all days, and we didn’t manage to cook breakfasts, didn’t do it the next day, stayed for three nights. There were no gels, shampoos (but they shouldn't have been) Leaky hose at the washing machine, water is everywhere during washing, therefore washing was very slow and delayed
