Great room with everything you need, you can cook in the room, good shower, safe, iron in the room, washing machine. The Condo has a gorgeous pool and gym, we will definitely come here again.

A wonderful complex with a huge number of swimming pools. The room is very comfortable, all the equipment is new, a lot of greenery, a large area for recreation with friends and children, a well-equipped gym overlooking the pool. We are happy with everything, the Russian-speaking staff helped with questions and organized a taxi and our meeting. Many thanks to Tatiana for her help! We will definitely come again! An excellent condominium for families with a child, there were many places in Pattaya, so there is something to compare with. I liked the project: new and clean. Good hosts. We always rent bikes - there is free parking. There are many Russian-speaking people, like everywhere else in Jomtien. We advise!

I liked it very much! The room is new and clean, there is a kitchen with a refrigerator, they often cooked something at home. The hostess is very friendly, and most importantly, you can always contact her by phone if you have any questions. My girlfriend was delighted that you can take a lot of photos on beautiful sofas and in the pools)) We went to the gym and played tennis. Everything is super!

Clean and tidy room with all the necessary equipment. The interior items are new, which is very nice. A large refrigerator and well-equipped kitchen will make it easy to cook at home, and a full-size automatic washing machine will take all the hassle of caring for your clothes. For relaxation, a comfortable double bed with a moderately soft orthopedic mattress, there is a balcony with chairs and a table. Liked the bathroom furnishings. The complex is completely new, commissioned in the second half of 2018. No hustle and bustle, which will be appreciated by travelers and tourists who want to temporarily disconnect from the hectic life of the city, although there are no more than 800-900 steps to the busy streets and Jomtien Beach, about 15 minutes at a slow pace. And couples with children, I think, do not want to go outside this small town at all, because the internal multi-level water area simply amazes with the size and variety of pools. There is also a well-stocked gym with views of the artificial waterfall. Lots of greenery and well-planned paths and passages, gazebos, sun loungers and places to rest. Due to the circular arrangement of the buildings, at any time of the day you can find both sunny places for those who want to sunbathe, and shade zones where you can relax in the hottest hours. I repeat that it is paradise for children and adults who love swimming and playing in the water. Such a huge body of water is far from being found everywhere. For those who rented a bike or a car, there are ground and underground parking, in the latter your transport is not afraid of rain, heat, or dust. If you want to get to the city center, then by bike it takes from 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the road traffic. And, finally, I will note that one day of visit for this complex is catastrophically small, it takes five to seven days to just taste the charm of this place. I strongly advise, if, of course, time permits, to book at least a week.
