The two-story villa consists of four bedrooms, each of which is equipped with air conditioning and has access to a balcony with mountain views. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and another bathroom with a shower, both with hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped and has BBQ facilities for seafood dinners and small parties.

Cool house, everything was good in it, only there was not enough private pool on the territory. There was a great spot right in front of the house, behind the panoramic windows, where you could put a pool. The manager Amy was great at helping us. We wanted to make a barbecue, so she immediately brought us a new barbecue still in packaging and coals. The price / quality ratio is just super. *************** Very good villa, everithing was Ok, but only need private pool. In there very good place to build a small pool, with a panoramic view. Housekeeper Amy awesome, and help to us every day. We want to make BBQ, and she have bring to us brand new BBQ and carbons. Price & quality best.
The hotel is located quite far from the center of Hua Hin, and from the main tourist spots like the central beach, and of course Takiab. There are some problems with the bathrooms that need to be solved or completely renovated. As I wrote above, there is not enough private pool, I came to go to the communal pool, but it is just not very well maintained and dirty. The water was very muddy there and the pool itself needs to be refurbished. On the one hand, it is our fault that we did not look closely, that there is no private pool and only a communal pool.
Above all, peace and quiet. No loud music etc nice garden 100 m to pool closed area after 5 pm there is a guard every hour until 7 am to see if everything is ok if you want peace and quiet this is definitely the place
