Excellent value for money and quality!
The hotel has an ideal location. Staff is very attentive and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is good and the service is great.

Nice, clean and fresh in Hua Hin
Nice and helpful staff = everyone, good breakfast, the location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and the center but still quiet and peaceful. Nice pool. Incredibly well-kept everywhere, a small balcony that you could sit on and also hang swimwear and towels We really recommend this hotel

Clean and tidy at a very good price
very clean room with good facilities. small balcony with seating furniture. Small rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The location is very central, both to the sea and to the night market and restaurants and bars. All in all a very good value for money.
The hotel is set back from the main road. The traffic noise could still be heard clearly in the room.

Central, very helpful people, great pool!
the value for money is excellent, the location in the old town is great. Central and yet quiet. The employees are super nice and helpful and the breakfast is okay!
The WiFi is bad and the beds are quite narrow, but for the price in Hua Hin, the chatting is of a high standard.

Best base for activities in and around Hua Hin
Extremely well maintained hotel, I have never seen anything like it in Thailand. The maids are world class and so is the rest of the staff. The boss controls everything, even at breakfast.

Good hotel
Clean place. The friendly welcome. The pool water was cool despite the sunny and warm weather.
For breakfast, the cups for tea are too small and the coffee is Nespresso, not great.

Impeccable hotel with exceptional value for money.
This hotel was way better than I expected given the price. The room, as well as the bathroom, was very nice and clean. The shower was flawless with strong water pressure. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best hotel in terms of value for money during my Thailand vacation, although this is generally very high in Thailand and the other hotels weren't bad either. I would love to come back here next year. By the way, the hotel is also hospitable.

My best hotel after more than a month in Thailand
Staff available and professional, very quiet hotel located on the main road of Hua Hin but slightly set back from the road. Well located geographically with means of transport in the street, tuk tuk, motobike and others.. Correct breakfast with caring staff who prepare your coffee or tea for you. The young women at the reception are charming. Really well kept hotel after 36 days in Thailand and several hotels, this is the best hotel I have had. Do not hesitate to book you will be satisfied and I am a difficult customer

Great hotel close to many amenities
Great location near the beach and most bars and restaurants and the night market. Staff (except for the manager who sometimes wanted to be grumpy) very friendly and helpful, both reception, cleaning, restaurant and security. Nice spacious room with a comfortable bed, 2 free bottles of water every day, good shower.
Breakfast was exactly the same every day, buffet with 3 trays of European, 3 trays of Thai, some salad and melon/pineapple. Only drink instant coffee/tea and 1 juice.

hotel was super clean. staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared for us. we had a de luxe room so more space and an extra bath/shower in the bathroom. We will definitely come again.

If you want to worship the sun, this is the place for you! Roof terrace lovingly designed and with a beautiful view of Huahin - you can even see some of the sea from there. Room extremely clean and solid pressure in the shower! You have small drying racks on the balcony, for example to dry your bikini or wet laundry. Breakfast is a solid mix of western and traditional foods. Nobody starves! The location is amazing, you are in 8 minutes at the Market Village (shopping center) or at the sea or on the "party mile" or the night market. Very friendly and helpful team of staff.

The air conditioners don't work at all. In response to a complaint, we were shown another number where it also does not work. Does not match the price, it is necessary to create such housing for 500 baht, and not for 2000.

Baan Nilrath is a very small and quiet hotel set back from the main road. Although nothing is heard from them. We would love to book there again anytime. Rooms with balcony and pleasantly quiet air conditioning
The bathroom smelled musty, although the hotel is still very new. And unfortunately breakfast could not be booked.

Nice hotel in the city center and walking distance to the beach
Very good location in the center and close to the beach. There are many restaurants and street food nearby. Night market within walking distance. The room is a good size and has everything you need. Nice bathroom with large shower. Small but nice and clean pool. I liked everything, so I extended it for another 3 days. I can unreservedly recommend the accommodation.
The fridge was quite noisy when turned on regularly. If you're a light sleeper, it's a little annoying.

Nice stay
Super attentive manager who helped us with the formalities for the 2nd PCR test. Extremely clean; Towels are changed every day and artfully laid out on the bed. Nice rooftop pool with sun loungers and towels provided by the hotel. Highly recommended👍

I can fully recommend this hotel and book again.
The hotel is in an ideal location for a city hotel. Beach, markets, restaurants, party area, shopping center within walking distance. The entire hotel, rooms and grounds are designed with great love and taste, are kept in very good condition and are clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The location of the breakfast room on the main street with the corresponding background noise did not bother me as it is a city hotel which also has many advantages. You can't hear anything from the street in the room. The well maintained small pool with adjoining rooftop fitness room was also very inviting and I enjoyed using it after extensive excursions. WiFi worked very well.
There was nothing to criticize.

The best choice in Hua Hin
I thought the hotel was great, the staff were very friendly, only the breakfast boss was probably overly motivated, it was annoying! Breakfast was great Rooms at the back absolutely quiet We slept outside Was ok but not that sensitive Top rooftop pool
The pool closes at 19:00. Swimming in the dark in the evening would be great!

Friendly and clean hotel
The service really goes above and beyond in the restaurant and is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean!!
The breakfast was more Asian oriented. Lots of hot rice dishes and unfortunately only toast and jam. A piece of cheese or other spreads are welcome.

Cozy and cozy hotel
Located in the center of Hua Hin, it was convenient to go anywhere along the coast. There was a veranda in the room, which was nice for smokers. The whole building was non-smoking, but there is no stress about smoking. The food was taken in a different place, but it was simple and delicious. It may be difficult for consecutive nights. Everyone greets you properly, including the cleaning staff.
There is no convenience store nearby, so I will walk a little. Even if you go to the night market, you can walk a little, but you can go for a walk. The structure of the hotel is a little old, but it is well cleaned. There is no information about the city guidance, and about transportation, you have to ask the hotel staff various questions, I didn't know much about it.

The centrally located hotel is in a quiet location (apart from temporary noise from a construction site opposite - during the day) and offers a good breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful.
In a hotel of this price category, hot water (for showers) should also be guaranteed in the morning hours.

Little gem of Hua Hin
I came back for the second time in two years, a small but very nice hotel located on the main road but the building with the rooms is inside so you don't hear the traffic noise. A short walk from the beach and the famous Hua Hin night market, the area also has a variety of restaurants and useful shops such as a pharmacy and laundry across the street. The room is spacious and very clean, and also equipped with a small and comfortable balcony. The front desk staff is very polite and not intrusive at all which I really appreciate.
Breakfast easily suits the tastes of Asian customers, but for European customers and Italians in particular, the ability to adapt to the food on offer is essential.

Everything was good but not great
Clean big room. Central location. 5 minutes walk to the beach and night market. Nice swimming pool with sea view. breakfast is good.
You only get a number card, so the AC turns off as soon as you leave the room. As a result, rooms facing the street/sunny side get very hot. The outside wall is as warm as a radiator. Otherwise, the house (corridors, elevator, breakfast room) is poorly air conditioned.

Thai-European breakfast. Very good coffee and fruit. Clean rooms with new towel origami every day. Modern bathroom, very clean. Toiletries and dryer available in room, Extra towels for pool area. Good localization.
The picture suggests there are 2 pools. The property's swimming pool is on the rooftop. The second visible in the pictures is the swimming pool of the neighboring hotel.

Very clean hotel in the best location.
The hotel is in an ideal location for the center and the train station. The Lomprayah office is right outside, which is convenient for onward travel from Hua Hin. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is small but nice. The rooms, including the bed and bathroom, are as clean as I have ever seen. TOP!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is small but sufficient. Very good central location. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Old mall within walking distance. Good and cheap! The Market Village shopping center can be reached in 3 minutes by shuttle bus. Beach 300 meters.
Everything is fine! Highly recommended.

The more commercialized area of the city center.
Breakfast is simple but comfortable. The room was very clean and had a balcony. Rooms not facing the street are quiet. Good location, very close to the beach night market.
The attitude of the front desk is uncomfortable. The taxi in Hua Hin is very expensive, but the one called by the front desk is more expensive, 350B for 3 kilometers is drunk. The waiters who communicated with the opening hours of the swimming pool were very nice who could not speak English, and the little girl who spoke English was extremely impatient.
