Good apartment for a family, but there is room for improvement.
Nice pool, especially for kids.
kettle and washing machine did not work. Balcony not clean, dirty pots. The children had a large bath towel as bedding. No one spoke English to us upon arrival, only Thai was spoken.

There is no reception
There is no reception at the hotel....only there is room service at 6pm the office closes You carry your own bags upon arrival and when you leave the rooms are cleaned you have to call the room service desk..... This is like an apartment complex

I basically enjoyed it.
Ambience of the room was good.
Difficult to understand the reception. The kitchen smells bad. Elevator doesn't close. Please change the towels.

Good stay, but we booked the place because we were traveling with children and there was a small swimming area, but the whole week we were there it was closed because they were painting it so we couldn't use it at all. And when we told them, there was no response.
