Mykonos Condo

Furniture and equipment in Mykonos Condo's rooms depends on the owner of each flat. Very unfortunately, we rented the wrong room for 28 nights! Do not rent room 108 unless you are granted, that below problems are solved: On arrival we paid the total rent, but could not receive a receipt of payment - we had to insist very hard and finally received a hand written piece of paper. Is this the procedure at Mykonos Condo? Room 108 is located next to room with water supply pump system. This water supply pump makes a hell of a noise - whenever starting up - at least every minute day and night. Not possible to sleep at all. We complained in the reception, - the manager offered us ear props, - this is a clear proof that she knew about this noise problem. Nothing was done to solve this problem during our 28 nights stay! Note also that room 109 has the same problem. But these guests did not pay at once - they moved out the day after and refused to pay for 2.5 months booking. Water supply system needs maintenance or replacement. Drain problem in bathroom: Toilet was filled up to the top almost every day - Technician with toilet plunger was of no help. Finally we used the pool toilet. Management said, it was because we put toilet paper in the toilet - we already didn't! Some other floor rooms also had this problem - they all used toilet paper. The Condo's sewer needs to be drained urgently! Garbage stench in floor hall - ventilation is either not working or needs to be activated. Terrace floor: timber in wooden floor needs repair, and television in our room was not working. Although we did not dear to complain about this lack of maintenance also... Management seems not interested in solving maintenance/customer problems. They are often unkind when we come with a room problem and misunderstandings arise easily, as they only have a very low basic knowledge of English - this makes communication extremely difficult. They do not speak English but only use words.-
