Price fits
The location during Corona times is very good with Soi 90 but also very quiet. The staff is very friendly. There is a very large car park next to the hotel. Purity is very important and 100% available.
Daily cleaning of the room and exchange of towels can be considered today. The construction site next to the hotel, visible from the small balcony, is ugly.

Very good family vacation plus scooter rental on site ...
No lunch on site ... Perfect place to shop even on foot. And at night it is quiet, not a sound. And a large car park.

I know where I will spend my next vacation when I am in Hua Hin.
I especially liked the fact that the kitchen area, including the refrigerator, is separate. You can sleep through the night without waking up when the refrigerator is running. It is very important that the air conditioner does not hang directly over the bed. And the existing mosquito nets are also a huge plus.

Cool big and clean room! We always put up a sign so that they wouldn't take it away, but despite this, we always left a bag with toilet paper, water, tea and coffee on the door. Thanks :)

Enjoy a holiday in an establishment that suits our age and our lifestyle.
Spacious room with a balcony, clean, new appliances in a 5-storey building with 24-hour security. Two good quality beds, very good room service. Attentive, helpful staff. Family atmosphere. Good location, close to shops, services (bus station and train) on a quiet street perpendicular to the main axis of Hua Hin. The beach is less than 200 meters, just cross the Phet Kasem road, otherwise there are several other beaches around the hotel. We booked 2 rooms but had to cancel one at the last minute, the establishment agreed to extend our stay (thanks Ann).

beautiful place
Great clean quiet hotel. It is located a short distance from the sea, which is 3 minutes walk if you cross the road not at the crossing, but directly opposite the street on which the hotel is located. Cleaning - every day. Water, coffee 3 * 1 for free. The staff knows English. We lived in room 206 - a view of a neighboring empty lot overgrown with greenery. In the morning the roosters crow. Silent air conditioner. In the shower, hot water is clearly regulated, although in the sink in the bathroom and in the kitchenette it is only cold, But it's not scary, honestly. There are many cafes and massage parlors nearby. The beach is good. Honestly, there are no complaints.

a hotel to be avoided except for late diapers and especially early risers
Quite a new hotel, but very noisy, from the Thai carpentry adjacent to the institution and zero sound insulation. Doors slam, drown. You can hear the TV from the next room.
