Compared with the hotels in the city center, their prices are slightly higher and they are located in a small, inconspicuous corner. However, if you are in the mood of vacation, this is an excellent choice. In terms of transportation, since we are traveling by car, we are basically well-connected. no problem
This hotel is new and the renovation and display is very attentive to details. cozy and simple.
There are many drawers within every cabinet, you may end up leaving something behind if our happened to use and keeping something within without realizing it when you check out

Good hotel with good rooms for a decent price.
Neat hotel with good rooms, nice bathroom and good beds. The balcony is also nice with the room. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They kept my charger that I forgot for me until I came to pick it up again. Breakfast is okay but busy so it is advisable to come early.

The hotel should have communicated with the driver Van and sent us to the wrong place. I was still asking the driver if this is padang besar after 3 confirmations, and he said yes. Fortunately, the train caught up, otherwise I would have to spend money to stay in a hotel and buy a ticket. . . Speechless! ! !
The front desk clerk is very nice, I just remember her name 'Ms San' can speak Chinese, so we can communicate without any problem. If you want to find her, she will help you. Beautiful, well-spoken, and helpful. The swimming pool is nice.
The Van that the hotel called for us on (22/8/22) had a big problem! ! ! We are going to the kastam of padang besar, he will drive us to another kastam! ! ! We almost missed the train. . . OMG

Clean linen, location of the hotel, there are cafes nearby, good coffee houses.
Dirt in the room. When asked to clean the room, no cleaning was done. Hair on the floor, in the bathroom, etc.

The hotel is really great. The rooms are very big, the bathroom was a dream. Room service/takeaway was very prompt and the food was delicious. The staff is very pleasant and polite. I can recommend the hotel and would like to return

The temperature of the water in the shower was not good. It alternated from cold to blazing hot We had our car damaged in the hotel car park. A bad plate over a sump blew up and damaged the exhaust. Was without a car for 10 days because of this. The hotel took no responsibility even though it was their fault.

Average hotel like many others.
The friendliness of the staff. General cleanliness of the establishment. Room comfort. Beautiful pool at first glance but that deserves a tile upgrade and stairs or stairs to get out of the pool. Swimming isn't just for kids.
A comfortable hotel, but located in the middle of old dilapidated buildings, not very pleasing to the eye (not to mention the site under construction). The scrambled eggs for breakfast are absolutely frozen, so completely indigestible, very unpleasant. It would be better to remove them or make sure they are hot. Very bad point: request for 200V for a second magnetic card to access the room (I can't go to the pool if my friend is sleeping!). It's petty and ridiculous.
