Very good stay
Clean and quiet hotel with a top location The swimming pool was very cool and very refreshing under the 36 degrees of the city

Few drawbacks, a little noisy at night due to geckos and birds. In addition, a lot of mosquitoes, but yes, the hotel can do little about that.

Location and comfort
Very good location, rich room.
The bathroom had a rather strong musty smell and was not spotless.

Great accommodation at a good price
The pool is open until 9:00 p.m. and although it does not include breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. you have free juice, coffee, toast, croissants and bananas in the dining room. It is also very close to everything so you can visit everything on foot.

Great location, atmosphere, amenities
Beautifully designed accommodation with lots of wood. The rooms are well equipped, the furniture is older but everything is very well maintained. To feel good! Nice pool, where you always found a spot. The location is relatively quiet with nice restaurants etc.
My room in the first building was noisy, even though the balcony faced the pool. Street noise and the conversations of other guests penetrated through the door. If possible, choose the rear building. The receptionists are very reserved.

A nice small hotel with nice architecture!
This small local style hotel is perfectly located on the edge of the old town. The rooms are pleasant and there is a small pool. Breakfast was not available when I was there, but coffee, toast and jam were offered in the morning at no extra charge. The staff is very friendly.
It is not possible to pay by card, even for a long stay and higher sums. And the wifi sucks, but otherwise the hotel is very nice.

Nice hotel with a relaxed atmosphere at a great price.
Nice hotel with ambience. The pool was wonderful. Great balcony. Big room, big bathroom. bikes for hire. Quiet but very central location. We slept wonderfully in the wide bed. Every day there were 2 fresh free water bottles in the fridge. The staff was friendly. The breakfast that you see in the pictures is no longer available. But you can make your own tea and instant coffee. There is also fresh orange juice, toast, butter and jam and bananas. We were satisfied with this small breakfast on the hotel terrace. Absolutely brilliant price/performance ratio.

Charming hotel in a quiet setting in the heart of Chiang Mai Great room and extremely comfortable bed stunning!
Correct staff but not very smiling or involved (I was forgotten twice when I asked to be woken up in 2nd security for an excursion and at the airport)

Nice hotel, very good value for money.
very good location of the hotel in old Chiangmai. Spacious room with pool view. Swimming pool which is very pleasant, quiet.
Weak point, soundproofing, you can hear what is happening in the hallway.

Nice hotel with good value for money.
The hotel is very well located in the old quarter of Chiang Mai. We were very well received, it was easy to get information. It was indicated that there was no breakfast but it was with surprise that we were able to have included in the price, coffee (admittedly powdered) tea, small croissants etc….. for us it was more than enough. The swimming pool was very clean. I recommend this hotel on a human scale, it is good value for money. Finally, at the start, we rented a room on the street side and I had sent a message to the establishment to ask them if I could be on the pool side, they did so at no extra charge. Thanks to the management!!!!
Just the soundproofing but without it being very disturbing. We had our room overlooking the pool side, I advise you to ask for the pool side even if it is a little more expensive to avoid the noise from the street although it is very small.

Prima Hotel
Friendly staff. Included a free breakfast with toast, mini croissants, coffee / tea and milk / orange juice. Clean room. Small balcony with nice sitting area. Fine small-scale hotel, within the old walls of chiang mai. You can walk to the night market within 15 minutes.
Actually nothing. Good price quality.

Good value for money
Comfortable beds, great location, nice pool
There were ants in my room. After I got rid of them, they didn't come back, but that shouldn't be the case. Also, as a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel very safe as the hotel is very open and the staff doesn't really check who's going in and out.

Ask pool side for a good stay
Excellent welcome, it was falling downpours, they came to pick me up in the tuk tuk and put my things away right away. Someone even carried my bag up to the bedroom. Coffee, croissants, bread, jam offered in the morning, very nice swimming pool
I was on the street side and it's noisy, scooter late at night and waking up before 7 a.m. (shopping gates open), you have to ask for the pool side, much more pleasant.

The place is quiet, relaxing, green, has a beautiful swimming pool. The staff is adorable, the hotel is located in a quiet street but close to everything, ideal for visiting all the temples. I felt really good there right away, and it was a bit difficult to leave this hotel and this region.
Maybe a slight problem of soundproofing but a little knowledge of how to live with other travelers would be enough, and the lack of breakfast. Moreover, photos of food are misleading in the announcement of this hotel because no catering was offered there. But we can find around what to restore. I recommend the Fern Forest café for a delicious breakfast!

Perfect location
The location of the hotel is fantastic, in 2 minutes on the street from the Sunday market, which also crosses the square but you are still in Tha Phae
The smell in the room the first day, but it seems foreign to them, and due to the floods that occurred the week before my stay

Always great
Always pleasant. Charming, placid staff with respect to my Thai accent. Spacious room. Own. September 2022 price defying all competition, 20 euros per night, against 45 three years earlier.
Still poor sound insulation. Cooking Love has closed, so you have to make do in the morning. There are breakfasts nearby, but it was better before.
