The house price is super value, with good lighting and floor-to-ceiling glass. The elevator needs a door card to be slightly safer when going up and down. The location is quite quiet, and you can walk to different restaurants on Ningman Road.
The sound insulation is mediocre. Someone moved into the room next door in the early morning. I can hear the sound of him opening the balcony door and the bathroom door. It's not that the occupancy rate is not high during the holidays. There may not be many rooms on the same floor. I didn't dare to turn off the lights and sleep alone because the surrounding area was too quiet. It is inconvenient to have no chairs in the room. Please bring your own if you don’t have toothbrush and toothpaste. The pillow was too high for insomnia, which led me to buy a latex pillow the next day.
