We had an exceptional stay in this place which surprises you with its beauty, the professionalism and the kindness of the staff as well as its owner. It is an experience not to be bypassed during your visit to Chiang Mai.
Everything was perfect.
Since we booked two three-night stays within a week, the system asks for a second review… As I said, we were thrilled!
Everything! beautiful and cared for
beautiful place !
very nice setting with vintage thai style rooms in a very pleasant setting.
the noise of the road and planes !!!
small intimate hotel.
breakfast is not up to par...
The complex consists of individual houses in a garden and conveys a unique magic. The wooden houses are kept in the old style, but meet all the comfort requirements of the spoiled westerner. Amenities and ambience - great! In the evening, hundreds of lanterns create a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and fulfills every wish. The connection by taxi to the city center is very good.
The leaders are friendly, but understand almost no English. And - the hotel is located in the flight path to the airport. That's why it's a bit noisy sometimes...
- the kindness and attention of the staff, adorable. Staff attentive to requests - super peaceful and soothing setting, superb - the very pleasant room - easy to get to town (Grab THB100 approx) - good restaurant (Vietnamese) We loved our stay at the property!!
- approximately 2/3 take-off per hour at the airport between 6 am and midnight. The hotel is located right next to the airport.
clean, luxurious, and friendly staff
The noises in the night due to the close of the airport
the charm, peaceful, refined and out of the ordinary
The villa was very spacious, very clean, gorgeous pool, the decor was luxurious, the breakfast was plentiful and served at the table, the greeting from the +++ staff and their kindness who pay attention to every little detail and look after our well being. Everything was really perfect.
Absolutely nothing!
The staff merged with the hotel, they were very courteous, friendly and well-mannered. Suggested interesting places to visit. The hotel itself is a feast for the eyes, the breakfasts were delicious. We stayed for dinner at the hotel, the dinner was at the highest level, very tasty. The region of Thailand itself is wonderful, with very warm people and a bunch of cool restaurants. I would happily return to this hotel again.
Aircraft noise as it is near the airport but we were aware of that. In summer, planes do not fly at night, so you can sleep.
Service, design, attention to detail and to the client.
The breakfast area was the most comfortable space. Thai porridge was very good. The Lanna Dynasty-style building was also wonderful, and the interior design was also good. Also, the toilet was a new type with a washlet, which is rare in Thailand. The water area was generally clean and easy to use, and the amenities were abundant.
If I have to say it, it's just a little far from the city. I felt that the other points were excellent and the cost performance was excellent.
Breakfast, staff, spacious grounds, spacious
Because it is on the side of the airport, the sound of airplanes is loud. It flies every 10 minutes until after 11:00 p.m. In the morning, from about 6:10, there is the sound of airplanes, but at night it is quiet and you will not be sleep deprived. Mosquitoes came in through the gaps in the entrance door (open on both sides) and got stung 12 times. The bedroom on the second floor has small windows and is dark. I think it would be nice to have thin curtains. When you open it, you can see it from the outside.
There is nothing difficult for the staff. Kind, approachable, friendly. Luxury in its simplicity. Ideally.
There is an airport nearby, the noise of airplanes is heard. But other advantages make up for this in many ways!
The building was beautiful inside and out! I understand that it will be selected as an accommodation facility that you would like to visit once as it is posted on Frau and Casa. The staff was also pleasant with a smile.
For the price, no transfer, honeymoon service, it was a small afternoon tea set that was too sweet for Japanese people. At night there is no lighting and the pool is pitch black and not romantic. The room is also dark. The food had good reviews, so I had high expectations, but I thought that the local food at the stall was much cheaper and delicious. Due to the location and building, insect bites are terrible.
