That was great
everything was perfect, helpful staff, great value for money, near the market to discover local dishes, all amenities available
lots of mosquitoes maybe citronella candles or something to scare or kill them would be nice otherwise nothing to complain about

Never ever
There were two bottles of water daily.
Dirty dishes upon arrival Mold on the shower curtain Very dirty floor, not washed despite our requests. Below is what our baby's feet looked like when he crawled across the floor. The breakfast is not good. The apartment urgently needs renovation. Strange old smell everywhere

Suitable for long stay
Very spacious studio with living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. There is also a small swimming pool in the courtyard. Late arrival in Chiang Mai and booked this hotel at the last minute. Finally, it was a good choice. Only downside: if the evening staff were charming, they were a little less friendly the next morning, but generally friendly, and that made us discover the new area of Chiang Mai.

Nice staff, good location close to the old town. The room is really big, clean, comfortable and spacious.

The price-quality ratio is correct!
The staff is very nice and helpful, everyone speaks good English. The rooms are very large. For being in the city, the area is very nice and green. The value for money is really very good.
The water in the pool is quite murky and slightly polluted in places. In general, the complex is a little old in places and not as chic as in the pictures. You can forgive that for the price, but overall we were very pleased.
