Comfortable clean room with nice staff
The people were all very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The house is nicely decorated and has a lovely little garden/breakfast area. The location is very central but on the edge of the old town in a small alley where it is a bit quieter. Next door is a very beautiful park where the annual flower festival takes place where locals go to exercise.
The selection of breakfast is rather not designed for Europeans. There is no fruit but only very hearty food like duck with rice or beans. It tastes delicious early in the morning and takes some getting used to

Flawless 👌🏼
Everything was perfect! A big thank you to the lady at the reception for her great kindness, it is very pleasant to have such available staff. The room was immaculate, it smelled good, was very clean. The hotel is very well located you are close to temples, markets, very easy to take a taxi there. Breakfast is served in the garden with a magnificent decor. We also used the hotel's laundry service, you drop off your business in the morning and you will pick them up the same evening washed, folded tip top 👍🏼 Everything was absolutely perfect, highly recommend and would come back!
The only thing I will change is the start time of breakfast (8am) because often activities start before and you can't eat at the hotel. If you ask in advance, the staff will prepare a breakfast to take away, but it is more pleasant to eat on site.

Ingmon House for a week
The Ingmon is located on the edge of the old town in a quiet area. We had a ground floor room with a small terrace. These are well and modernly furnished and offer plenty of space. The photos correspond to what is found on site. There are several choices for breakfast, which is served in the lovely outdoor area. Reception is manned 24/7. I've been here several times and always completely satisfied.
Everything is fine.

Nice hotel in a good location
Nice and big room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great for the train station and the airport. The old town and the most important temples are within walking distance.
Breakfast had to be pre-ordered a day in advance. The rooms are only cleaned if you put the cleaning sign on the door. But only small things and nothing dramatic :)

Quiet hotel with the essentials.
The quiet location and proximity to the great park was very nice! There was water in the room and even a small balcony.
The fridge was unfortunately much too loud and had to be unplugged and therefore not used. In the hallway (2nd floor) there was a bee problem every morning which was "solved" during the day.

Good for one night!
The terrace for lunch is nice, and this one was ok for the price. Well maintained room and friendly staff. We only stayed there for one night, I don't think I would have stayed longer.
The bedroom terrace was not really interesting. The photos do not represent what we actually had. Lots of mosquitoes, and the policy of charging a fee if you soil the sheets because you got bitten is a bit exaggerated. It didn't happen, but I want to mention it.

the place is charming but a little noisy for the rooms located on the ground floor
the hotel is located in the heart of the old town, close to restaurants and shops, while being very quiet and wooded
my room being located on the ground floor and overlooking the breakfast area, it is not easy to sleep there, the noises are constant, between the wheels of suitcases, the discussions at the reception, the evening conversations and morning in the breakfast nook, we participated in everything!

all in all, it was ok to arrive for two nights. However, a bit too expensive for the facilities and cleanliness.
The absolutely positive thing about the accommodation was the location: super central! it's all very nice to walk to!
the room was equipped with the essentials. However, the table surfaces had probably not been cleaned for a long time, as well as the fittings in the bathroom. here we found toothpaste from the previous guests. there were also some large mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, which contributed less to the well-being.

For the price you can't go wrong. Absolutely fair!
Everything you need is there, practical and handy. Very nice and helpful staff. The location is on the edge of the old town, you can reach the hotspots easily if you are not lazy to walk. Every question was helped. The rooms are spacious and clean.
That the room is checked at check-out and there is a list of prices, what stains in towels etc. cost. Sink area could have used more cleaning.

Nice hotel, great value for money!
Amenities, room size, elegant bathroom, good bed. Helpfulness of the staff very good!
Slightly stuffy if you haven't aired out all day. but quickly fixed the air conditioning. Stains on a pillow the first day, fixed the next day.

Comfortable, comfortable ideal to rest.
The room is really good, the shower is great, the bed is great, the guy at the reception couldn't be more friendly and polite. Air conditioning works great and hardly makes any noise, with fridge and electric kettle. We came from a long bus trip and it was the perfect place to rest. Also after check out they allow you to leave your bags there in case you want to continue visiting the city until it is time to leave.

Rudimentary equipment and above all we were very cold. We only had a small blanket and no heating. At 1250 meters altitude it was 5• at night. The manager couldn't give us any other blankets for the 2nd night. Also our driver took us back to Chiang Mai to sleep. We paid €307 for 2 nights (debited from my bank account) and were only accommodated for one night. we would like to be reimbursed for the 2nd night. Hotel hypocrisy
The location remains its best asset. It's not that far from the city center.
The staff smiles a lot but does not hesitate to search your sheets, yes yes!!! A mosquito bite having left a small trace of blood, a supplement was charged to us! Incredible but true... Knowing that the mosquito net did not close, and that the humidity level was untenable at night because of water leaks... In short, a sad moment spent in a place that promises a lot in the photos.

how central it is, the friendliness of the staff, the spaciousness of the rooms, the modern and clean bathroom, the ease of having breakfast, the little garden for breakfast. The proximity to the park and food places. Which is in a dead end street.
the floor in the room was a bit dirty and the rooms near the reception are a bit noisy. Although at midnight all is quiet.

Nice for one night before a flight
Homely atmosphere, great service, helped with the bags and brought everything I needed, a nice breakfast, but I wouldn't eat it twice, there are enough interesting meals in Thailand
It was very nice, but I didn't like that there wasn't much hot water compared to other places in the city. I have an expectation of a certain modernity in a relatively expensive room like this room

Not a convincing breakfast
We liked that the room is nicely furnished and not very worn. The bathroom is big enough and the shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass panel. The staff was friendly and the WiFi worked well and reliably.
The breakfast didn't impress us at all. It was very poor. Unfortunately there was no buffet, you could only choose from two dishes. A plate with some scrambled eggs, two smoky sausages, two small slices of salted butter toast, and a salad with no dressing. It sounds like a lot at first, but it's not, it doesn't fill you up. The other variant would be instead of egg with small pieces of chicken. You have to choose this the night before. You should also say a time, but it is questionable why, because if you come at the time nothing is prepared and you have to wait another 15-20 minutes until you get this "breakfast". If you have planned an excursion with a start time or want to go, this is extremely inappropriate. For breakfast there is 100ml of juice and a banana. With this salty food, of course, this tiny amount of juice is by no means enough. But if you ask for juice again, there is nothing left. However, other guests still get something afterwards... strange. If you ask for toast, this takes ages (10 minutes) and then you get 4-6 small slices for a whole table. They don't have jam, please ask. There is only salty butter. The toilet next to the reception is dirty and has no toilet paper. It's a shame that the breakfast is so meager and lengthy, it is actually served in a beautiful garden and the hotel is actually really nice otherwise, but we won't come back with this experience at breakfast. You don't get full, it takes ages and after several days you just can't see this breakfast anymore.

The best accommodation in Chiang Mai
The rooms are very cozy, the balcony is very nice and the accommodation is in a very good location, next to the wall and the moat, with easy access to all means of transport. They have a garden where you can dine or relax after a long day and lots of beautiful plants. The staff was incredibly friendly, a young guy with glasses who always looked after us. Nice to stay here.

Highly Recommended!
The team is charming and very available for just about everything from doing laundry to helping you find a hospital or completing a mandatory PCR test to return to France. The room is very comfortable, the small terrace is small but nice.
Nothing special. The hot water in the shower can take a little longer to warm up and doesn't get very hot. The hotel must have had a bad experience with some customers, so it puts a pretty strong emphasis on fines in case of breakage or damage, but nothing abnormal or embarrassing for cautious and well-mannered customers :)!

Good value for money
Nice hotel, clean and well equipped air conditioned rooms. The hotel team is attentive and available. Scooter rental at the convenient reception and laundry service (price per kg). Good breakfast (Asian or Continental, choice of two offers the day before). Hotel close to the airport and 3 minutes walk from the only park in the old town: a must visit during the Flower Festival (February-March?). This park is also a meeting point for all sports lovers at the end of the day, and in particular for lovers of Sepak Takraw.
The hotel is out of the way compared to the northwest areas, especially if you are on foot.

The hotel is relatively quiet due to the fact that it is not located directly on the street. The hotel is well located for returning to the airport.

A very good value-for-money hotel.
A nicely furnished new room for two, with a wide double bed and a comfortable new bathroom. All furniture is made of wood. The room has everything you need: air conditioner, electric kettle, hairdryer, 2 bottles of water, instant coffee, sugar, powdered milk. The bathroom has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, ear sticks, towels (2 large, 2 small, 1 for the floor). There is a small balcony. Mosquitoes are present, but it was not a problem for us, because we always take the Raptor-Fumigator (ordinary) with us to the outlet. Breakfast must be ordered for the day, only 2 dishes to choose from.
If you are tall, it will be inconvenient for you to have breakfast on very low chairs. We ordered breakfast in the room.

1... The accommodation conditions are okay, but what is not satisfactory is that the bath water is always warm. Chiang Mai is still very cold at night, and the bath water is not hot and even colder. 2... The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and they gave us a small gift, a key ring ornament. 3. Breakfast is included in the room rate. What is considerate is that we have to take the car to the Black and White Temple at 7 o'clock for a one-day itinerary. The hotel will prepare a breakfast package of bread, milk, yogurt, and water for us. It is very careful, and some If you can't eat in the hotel, whoever cares if you can't eat in the hotel. 4...The location is in the southwest corner of the ancient city, a little distance from the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. We basically take a Tuk-Tuk or Grab to get around. There is a 7-11 on the north street of the accommodation, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk there to buy daily necessities.

Very nice stay
The room was basic but spacious with very good bedding. Very nice little green terrace. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The breakfast, very plentiful, allows you to wait until the middle of the day to have lunch if you wish. We appreciated the location, quiet but close enough to the center.

Delicious breakfast, modern shower facilities, bathroom amenities, comfortable beds, and a cute garden.
Even though I'm not very picky about lodging, my 2 nights here was a bit difficult. At the time of reservation, the only room left was the Superior Queen Room, but when I visited, it was on the same first floor as the reception. The noise comes in whenever other people come in and out. It wasn't that there was noise while sleeping. It was on the first floor, so I couldn't even open the window. I found a cockroach in the bathroom when I came in when I left it open for a while because of laundry. The staff did catch it, but it was very unpleasant, and even the bathroom foot pads had bloody insect corpses. The first room I was assigned was on the counter side, and as soon as I entered, it smelled bad, so I changed the room to the next room, but as soon as I turned on the bed, mosquitoes... Upstairs rooms might be better. While staying in Chiang Mai, I stayed at an accommodation near Maya Mall and Wat Phra Singh, and when I came down to Buak Park, it became difficult to move on foot, so I rode Grab a lot. It was a bit far from famous attractions and cafes. At 3,000 baht for two nights, it wasn't a small amount, but I wasn't satisfied with the price I paid.

One night
The house looks very good from them and from the outside. Unfortunately around the house is so-so - but the location is good - the old town and close to the airport. We didn't have aircraft noise. There are many small restaurants and eateries nearby. The staff is very friendly, helpful. We needed to get to the airport very early the next morning so we were given a take away breakfast.

Well maintained hotel right in the park

Very satisfied and worth recommending
The breakfast is very delicious 😋. There are tricks every day, and friends say that breakfast is the most anticipated. Waking up every day and sitting in the garden with a cup of coffe and waiting for a delicious breakfast is really very pleasant. After happily eating breakfast, I feel that the day full of energy has begun again. This hotel is only a ten-minute drive from the airport. In the ancient city again. Very nice and spacious furniture, super clean rooms and great service! The staff is very kind and helpful! For two mornings we woke up early and had breakfast prepared earlier than usual, they even offered a packed breakfast for our flight before going to the airport! If I come back to Chiang Mai I will definitely pass here...great location
