All good, would book there again
The rooms are furnished for the price, everything is there and very clean. The staff were polite and very friendly to us. We liked the time we spent there.

Highly Recommended!
The team is charming and very available for just about everything from doing laundry to helping you find a hospital or completing a mandatory PCR test to return to France. The room is very comfortable, the small terrace is small but nice.
Nothing special. The hot water in the shower can take a little longer to warm up and doesn't get very hot. The hotel must have had a bad experience with some customers, so it puts a pretty strong emphasis on fines in case of breakage or damage, but nothing abnormal or embarrassing for cautious and well-mannered customers :)!

Super friendly, good location, good facilities
Very friendly staff, even chose a bus for us to Sukhothai or called the bus company. It's nice to sit outside 👌
The breakfast was ok, only Thai style. Some bread wouldn't hurt. But just having breakfast in the garden is worth it!

Tasteful accommodation close to the park
- cozy accommodation with its own style - excellent location, next to the park - nice and helpful staff - Breakfast in the garden by the waterfall fountain - very quiet despite being close to the road
- wardrobe without shelves (for hangers)

Behind our villa were the kitchens of a neighboring hotel which meant we had a lot of noise all night (restaurant ventilation next door) I asked for change but the hotel seemed full so....

Good stay but Chiang Mai is quite a noisy big city

Very nice stay
The room was basic but spacious with very good bedding. Very nice little green terrace. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The breakfast, very plentiful, allows you to wait until the middle of the day to have lunch if you wish. We appreciated the location, quiet but close enough to the center.

One night
The house looks very good from them and from the outside. Unfortunately around the house is so-so - but the location is good - the old town and close to the airport. We didn't have aircraft noise. There are many small restaurants and eateries nearby. The staff is very friendly, helpful. We needed to get to the airport very early the next morning so we were given a take away breakfast.
