They sent me to their second hostel, because the one I made a reservation was full, and it was basically a hole-in-the-wall without even a charger
We paid for the room and were told on arrival that it was no longer available. They made us go to another hostel nearby, which was certainly better for us
Nobody spoke English. They told us on the phone that someone from the staff would accompany us to the other accommodation but then they were about to leave without us 😐
Well said
Room without window and without furniture Bathroom with clogged outlet, we wade in the water for 2 days Lots of dust Washing machine right next to the bedroom which runs until 4am...
The area was quiet and for the price you pay I guess you couldn't ask for more.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. During the rainy season it is too hot and one fan is not enough. There were many mosquitoes. One day the receptionist accused us of stealing an umbrella, which was an obvious lie.
Location, air conditioning, lots of space.
Cockroaches, leaking pipes, dirty kitchen, weird check in, hard beds
