Comfortable for a layover in Chiang Mai
Very convenient location, close to all amenities. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room.
Very little or no wifi connection during my stay. No breakfast possible on site

Despite a top staff I will not return
The staff was really great, very helpful and attentive. They helped me a lot to book excursions or activities, which I really appreciated. There is a microwave available at reception if you need to heat up food. The location is really top: in the old town, a lot of restaurants nearby and the Sunday market 5min walk away.
There was no kettle in my room: I was told, when I commented on my arrival, that it was broken and I was not given a new one for the duration of my stay. my stay (10 days) I was offered instead to come to the lobby with my cup when I needed hot water. I did it twice but it was quite annoying so I stopped. Water pressure problem: sometimes for no reason in the middle of your shower there is no more water it comes back after a few minutes but not great. Same if you want to brush your teeth after your shower there may be no water at the tap. The sockets do not hold: if you plug something in, be careful because the sockets do not hold the cable and it can unplug itself. I had stored food in the fridge which I had to throw away because the fridge was not always in operation (I did a test with ice cubes in the freezer which had melted at the end of the day)

Good location to stay in Chiangmai
Beautiful room, typically furnished with cushions, furthermore all facilities, such as coffee, tea, fridge, air conditioning and TV. Location in the city is also good. You can afford everything. Staff are nice and speak English.

the location was very good, the staff helpful and friendly and the room spacious! definitely recommend for the price.
Unfortunately, two of the three ceiling lights were broken and the water ran into the entire bathroom (including around the toilet) when we showered

Great hotel for a low price
Very clean, the room is beautiful and inside there is everything you need: air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, safe, kettle, TV, many sockets. Very good location - inside the old town square and very close to the gate. Right outside the gate every evening there is a night market with food, there is also 7-11 and Lotus. The front desk is open 24 hours and there is a fridge downstairs with regular price drinks. I was checked in at 11 in the morning, although I thought I would have to wait until two.
The water in the shower does not pass well, so you need to carefully monitor this. But it seems to me that this is such a trifle.

- Minimum breakfast - Shower not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so the water ended up everywhere

Overall excellent
The location, the size of the room, the kindness of the staff, the accessories in the room.
A dark room. The bathroom floods and stays flooded for hours, becoming dangerous. Stepping between the bedroom and bathroom to prevent the bedroom from flooding presents an annoying danger of tripping and stomping your feet every time you enter.

Gladly again!
Very helpful staff at the front desk. Change of hot breakfast. Drinking water dispenser with free withdrawal.
Water in the shower flows very rarely. The mattress is on the floor.

Lots of mosquitoes, bad rain, dirty pillows
breakfast is ok
It's too bad to be in the rain. It's hot and cold at one time and the water is so thin (like the rainy weather in the south), the pillow has a yellowish shadow. I'm going to sleep on a cushion with unwanted clothes

We had the best hotels in Chiang Mai
The staff was very friendly. She gave us advice to go to Pai by bus.
Stumbled upon this hotel because of the good reviews. When we arrived at the room, it turned out that the photos were much more beautiful than they were originally. Our bathroom was not too wow. What we were very disappointed with was the shower. There was very little water, it is better to use a tap. Unfortunately, with my long hair, we really needed to wash off the soap. Also, the hotel/room/bathroom was not too hygienic. We didn't have breakfast there. We don't really recommend it either. There was very little choice.

First trip to Chiang Mai
At the entrance of the building there is a beautiful garden where you can have breakfast in the morning and relax in the evening, and very close to one of the most important temples of the city. The staff are exceptional and know how to give great advice and help
Evidence of an elevator, bathroom not entirely clean, mosquitoes were squashed on the wall and left there.

Room with windows to the courtyard. With closed and fixed curtains. Very bad breakfast. The price of 5 stars is to be less than a pension.

The location is really great. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is rich. The atmosphere inside and out is modern and inviting.
A dead spider in the hallway, the hair on the bed and the toilet didn't blend properly. And it had nothing to do with toilet paper. Unfortunately our ground floor room had a basement feel despite the modern furniture and without additional ventilation it quickly smelled musty. The trash can in the bathroom was in the room and was full.

The service is very warm. They even called a car for me to go to the hotel. The price is cheaper than my own and online booking. It is very close to Tha Pae Gate and the price is affordable

Hotel in a quiet environment next to Wat Chiang Man
A quiet environment next to Wat Chiang Man, a 5-minute walk from Champuak Gate (North Gate). The room is clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Chang Puak Gate has a morning market, a night market, and there is also a Song Taew platform to Doi Suthep. From the airport, take the R3 red bus and get off at "Chiangmai Vocational Training School", walk a little north on Prapokklao Rd, turn right at Phra Pok Klao 13 Alley where Thai Airways is on your right, and you will find the hotel immediately.

The front desk girl (I don't know her name) is very kind and helps you with everything you need. He booked us a cooking course which we enjoyed very much and at a good price. The hotel is well located, within a walled area, you can walk around to visit the most important palaces. What is a bit far is the night market (we went and came back by tuk tuk).
Our room faced the street and from 6 am we could hear the noise of cars. I think there are other rooms facing inward, but we decided to stay in ours and buy ear plugs.

Great structure and staff
The structure is very welcoming, we stayed for 4 days and were very satisfied. The staff is prepared, friendly and helpful (very), they were able to help us with various activities and itineraries. The room is very spacious and well maintained.

Welcome of course as we arrived at the reception with a big umbrella to welcome us because it was raining a little. helpful, very accurate. good morning every morning. Breakfast inside and outside with Thai and European dishes. Small but compared to the price we paid it is very very good. My friend came with a family of 4. Very spacious bedroom suite with large living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, excellent!!! I was jealous because there are only two of us, but a very large room. A stone's throw from "Walking Street" the largest and most inexpensive market!!!! I highly recommend you!!!

It's about a ten-minute walk from the ancient city. It's just right for a walk, and it won't be very noisy at night; there are many small attractions nearby, such as temples and museums, and there are 7-11 at the intersection next to it, which is more convenient. The boss is very enthusiastic, English is very good, and he can speak a little Chinese, like it~

Chiang Mai low cost
Excellent value for money and quality. The hotel is close to clubs and a beautiful temple. Very spacious room with everything you need.

Good value for money but I wouldn't go back to the same room.
The price and the friendliness of the staff who helped us with everything we asked for.
The unevenness of the bathroom floor meant that when showering, the entire bathroom was completely flooded, water remaining all day. We don't know if it only happened in our room but it's a shame.

Convenient location in the ancient city
The space is large, the counter is friendly, the location is next to Wat Chiang Man, go out and walk about 100 meters to the left, there is a 7-11, there is a car rental place on the right side of the door, go out of the hotel on the right, turn right and go straight for about 10 minutes, there is a small night market, away from the hotel The Sunday night market is not far away and it takes about 10 minutes to walk. The breakfast is very basic. The cp with breakfast is very high at this price. You have to hang a cleaning sign to clean it, otherwise only water and toilet paper will be provided~
The water in the bathroom is too small, the sink will be covered when the door is opened, which is inconvenient to use
