Overall excellent
The location, the size of the room, the kindness of the staff, the accessories in the room.
A dark room. The bathroom floods and stays flooded for hours, becoming dangerous. Stepping between the bedroom and bathroom to prevent the bedroom from flooding presents an annoying danger of tripping and stomping your feet every time you enter.

Gladly again!
Very helpful staff at the front desk. Change of hot breakfast. Drinking water dispenser with free withdrawal.
Water in the shower flows very rarely. The mattress is on the floor.

First trip to Chiang Mai
At the entrance of the building there is a beautiful garden where you can have breakfast in the morning and relax in the evening, and very close to one of the most important temples of the city. The staff are exceptional and know how to give great advice and help
Evidence of an elevator, bathroom not entirely clean, mosquitoes were squashed on the wall and left there.

Air up :-)
The location is really great. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is rich. The atmosphere inside and out is modern and inviting.
A dead spider in the hallway, the hair on the bed and the toilet didn't blend properly. And it had nothing to do with toilet paper. Unfortunately our ground floor room had a basement feel despite the modern furniture and without additional ventilation it quickly smelled musty. The trash can in the bathroom was in the room and was full.

More than great location in the heart of the city, very good value for money. Breakfast included, simple but adequate.

Buena relación calidad-Precio
The front desk girl (I don't know her name) is very kind and helps you with everything you need. He booked us a cooking course which we enjoyed very much and at a good price. The hotel is well located, within a walled area, you can walk around to visit the most important palaces. What is a bit far is the night market (we went and came back by tuk tuk).
Our room faced the street and from 6 am we could hear the noise of cars. I think there are other rooms facing inward, but we decided to stay in ours and buy ear plugs.

Great structure and staff
The structure is very welcoming, we stayed for 4 days and were very satisfied. The staff is prepared, friendly and helpful (very), they were able to help us with various activities and itineraries. The room is very spacious and well maintained.

super!!! warm, practical, cheap, happy
Welcome of course as we arrived at the reception with a big umbrella to welcome us because it was raining a little. helpful, very accurate. good morning every morning. Breakfast inside and outside with Thai and European dishes. Small but compared to the price we paid it is very very good. My friend came with a family of 4. Very spacious bedroom suite with large living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, excellent!!! I was jealous because there are only two of us, but a very large room. A stone's throw from "Walking Street" the largest and most inexpensive market!!!! I highly recommend you!!!

Chiang Mai low cost
Excellent value for money and quality. The hotel is close to clubs and a beautiful temple. Very spacious room with everything you need.
A somewhat poor breakfast served in the reception area.

Great hotel to enjoy the wonderful city
Very friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room, there is a minibar and an electric kettle, close to several attractions of the city, close to public transport, close to several good and cheap restaurants, good and rich breakfast, room and common areas are clean

Good value for money but I wouldn't go back to the same room.
The price and the friendliness of the staff who helped us with everything we asked for.
The unevenness of the bathroom floor meant that when showering, the entire bathroom was completely flooded, water remaining all day. We don't know if it only happened in our room but it's a shame.
