Exceptional
Beach 200m from the hotel, large and new, clean room. Nearby there are shops, cafes, a large supermarket. Powerful air conditioner.
Music in the bar close by until 1 am

maybe nice for tourists, but too expensive .... so price / quality is out of balance!
The location was perfect, 1 minute from the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife ... everything else is within walking distance. The staff is super nice .. the airport can be reached within 10 minutes !!
Upon check-in, it was reported that it was possible to receive visitors, though .... for a payment of 1200 baht !!! (then put that in your ad ... then you can at least choose .... so honest !!!!! Come on ... this is Thailand .... And the shower in the tub is outdated too, especially when the whole bathroom floor flooded and have to wipe with a towel ...?!?!?!?! (Bah)

Worthy
Quite modern, good value for money, friendly staff and good location.
It is on the main street of Chaweng, so the area is somewhat noisy but low and you have everything very close. The rooms are very hot even with the air conditioner on and we had ants every day even after we said so.

Very central location and nice pool - we only used the hotel for a couple of hours as a bridge before leaving.
bad smell by the pool in the jacuzzi area

Very poor insulation, audibility from the corridor is terrible, especially when at 7-8 in the morning the staff starts talking on their own (((they always slam doors.

Pleasant
The staff is very friendly
The hotel is now being renovated, the entire floor is under construction ... So from 8 am it is loud, whether it be a mortise hammer or a hammer drill, everything is there every minute ... So there is no sleep, breakfast more offers are bad. Pricing characteristics are completely inappropriate for this phase of construction!
