I recommend this placement
The +: - the calm, the ease of access, the location (10min walk from fisherman), the BBQ, the clean swimming pool. - the air conditioning works very well -the very responsive host
The-: - not enough equipment for the kitchen (lack of glasses, cutlery ... For a family of 5) -the cot is not very comfortable (but I have the impression that it's the same everywhere) -the front terrace lacks garden furniture

All perfectly !
Clean, warm pool, you can swim in the pool in the evening if you behave quietly (many people forbid swimming in the pool at all in the evening). The location is convenient and the staff very nice. Very quiet place. Near a Buddhist monastery, you can feel the good energy of the place

disappointing in accommodation quality but well located close to FisherMan
pool and dining near the pool. Air conditioning and space in the house
many dogs that settle on the terrace of the rented villa! housing that deserves a facelift because it is in poor condition
