expected much more from the photos; Location in front of the fisherman's jetty, not on the beach (10 minutes)

Totally outdated, location not up to expectations, small Covid breakfast in room, no housekeeping service.

nice apartment but disappointed staff
the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Beautiful sea view provided that you have an apartment on a high floor.
The staff is not up to the quality of the apartment: - the obligation to negotiate on arrival to get an apartment with a great view (will they be reserved for a short stay?) - cleaning is chaotic, garbage cans are not taken out, etc. - towels were not changed on Saturday, because the building is overcrowded (or the washing machine is broken depending on who to talk to). - etc. Breakfast on the verge of ridiculous; choice between shrimp rice soup and pork rice soup every day.

The rooms are very noisy. Hot water but no tea bags for breakfast or in the room. In the evening we were asked what we want for breakfast because it was delivered to the room. We ordered a vegetarian breakfast with tea, they brought us sausages without drinks. The address on Bollinger.com is wrong, I had to drive 5 km back.

Have a nice time.
Large apartment overlooking the bay. Breakfast in the room. Transport on request at the reception free of charge. Very nice service. Daily cleaning. A swimming pool on a building in another building. Not far from the center. Lots of interesting shops.
The hotel does not have its own beach. What is opposite the hotel is not suitable for rest, rather just for a walk. The beach, about 1.5 km from the hotel (free shuttle service), is dirty.

Its location is at the end of Bang Saen Beach
Staff behavior is wonderful The apartment is generally comfortable

I want to come again.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast porridge was delicious.
