Small charming hotel in a great location. Comfortable and very well maintained rooms. We go to visit Bangkok by taking the river shuttle. The team takes great care to help us and facilitate all the steps to make the stay easy. we went there twice during our stay and always the same satisfaction

spacious quiet room; lovely staff; sumptuous breakfast.
the location is a bit away from the centers of tourist interest but taxis are not expensive and there is the boat bus on the river (practical, cheap and picturesque)
Exceptional breakfasts: beautifully presented and, in keeping with Asian cuisine, decorated with small works of art made by the staff from live flowers and leaves. We have never experienced this anywhere else. Both ladies helped us from organizing the holiday to arranging a taxi. Throughout our stay with them, we felt like special guests.
Warm welcome, nice breakfast, clean room, nice bed, extensive information, nice location; quiet location but still within walking distance of the tourist center.

The staff was really super nice and friendly. We were welcomed very nicely and they made for a nice stay. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and all the little things were thought of, such as water and soap in the bathroom. It was a 20-minute walk to Khao San Road, but the road there was an experience with many real pure street food places.
Everything was great!
stay at the top: team available, professional, always attentive, spacious and impeccable room, excellent breakfast with fresh and local products, ideal location for access to tourist sites, shops and restaurants nearby - The boat pier - bus very close to the hotel on foot is a real plus! We will return with the greatest pleasure!
Absolutely everything. The treatment of Nam (the receptionist) was incredibly helpful, the breakfasts, the tranquility and silence in our room, the cleanliness and the location of the hotel to the center to see the temples and Khaosan Road at night
the breakfast was every time a picture and very tasty. traditional Thai breakfast
location was less, busy street few options for restaurants in the vicinity.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were given a map of Bangkok, tips on taxi fares, and restaurant recommendations, so we got our bearings easily. The Thai breakfast is delicious and beautifully presented. Very well explained what we should eat.
Room size, large and comfortable bed. Super friendly staff and gave us a lot of attention! Thank you "Hom" (I don't know how to spell it 😊)
Facilities are a little outdated for a 4 star hotel, no facilities
Breakfast and hotel staff
Missing any suggestion of eleven o'clock in the afternoon
After your heart appointment, you will receive a leaflet with important information that you can use. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you will find a cheap laundry, a small supermarket and a water taxi stop (cheap and unforgettable). Breakfast is a treat in itself. Very refined. The farewell of the lovely ladies at the reception will remain in your memory for a long time.
No elevator if you stay on the top floor.
The location is very good for the main attractions, but the distance to the center is far. The breakfast service is fantastic but the selection leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each question is answered in a professional and comprehensive manner.
Only two options for breakfast are a bit small, especially since one option only consisted of toast and jam. The room safe fits freely in the closet, and due to its size it is easy to carry under the arm. The door to the room provides no security and is typically American.
Nice little hotel with great breakfast and very friendly service. A self-drawn map and helpful sightseeing tips made Bangkok an unforgettable experience. Don't forget to sign up for a Thai cooking class!
The splendid decoration and traditional good quality materials make the hotel a stylish home. Excellent reception. Exact information to be given upon arrival Excellent setting in a lively traditional area
The size of the room but in any case it is very well arranged and clear. The bathroom is wonderful
Departure.
There is no elevator, going up to the third floor several times a day is boring. The view around is depressing. Once vacuumed after midnight.
Great staff, helpful, good location, clean mega breakfast
Lizards that ate mosquitoes :), helpful staff (the ladies from the reception ordered a hornbeam).
The breakfasts were specific. Large, elegantly served with a dessert and an appetizer, but we didn't like them in terms of taste.
Staff, breakfast was great.
The point that the wind of the air conditioner hits the bed directly. I don't think this can be helped by the hospitality of the staff.
The hotel's service is very considerate. When we checked in, we provided us with a detailed hand-drawn map, which included: a map of the hotel location, transportation methods and costs to Bangkok's main attractions, distance to the airport and approximate costs, and taxi calls It can be said that they are very careful in the positioning name and so on in the APP. We stayed for a total of 5 nights, and we were given local special desserts for one night in the middle. On the last day, because my mother was not feeling well, the hotel also cooked delicious porridge for us. The staff at the front desk can speak Chinese, and the communication is very smooth. The hotel is not located in the central area of Bangkok, but the transportation is quite convenient. There are direct buses to the Erawan Shrine and Paragon. The bed is small and the mattress is a bit hard. The hotel is not located in the central area of Bangkok, but the transportation is convenient. The service is absolutely great! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock. The lady at the front desk was not sure if she could speak Chinese. She communicated with us in English. It was really easy to understand. As long as you have passed level 4, you will be fine! The hotel has drawn pictures by itself and marked them in Chinese, where is the price, how long and how to go. So traveling is not a problem at all! Remember to GRAB You must have breakfast, at least once, okay? The girls during the day are very good at Chinese and there are no obstacles. All kinds of questions about how delicious it is, anyway, it’s really good! ! ! I will come again next time! ! ! There is a market nearby, very lively in the morning, you can walk to the pier to take a boat to the Grand Palace. This is considered an old area, if you don’t have those subways, you can just take a taxi! The wifi is not very good, it is more convenient to buy a happy card yourself.
This option is making things difficult for me
We arrived 1 day after the scheduled date as the booking is non-refundable and non-changeable, the hotel prepared a snack for us in the evening; and allowed us to check out a bit later to make up for the lost night. The location is really convenient. Attentive staff and very good taste decoration. The breakfast is very good and very beautiful. Ideal hotel for couples. You feel spoiled there.
There was only 1 pillow per person, but the hotel provided us with another one. The biggest drawback: there is no iron in the hotel. A towel hook in the bathroom would be a plus. For breakfast, you should: diversify fruit juices, offer plant-based milk and have a real coffee machine instead of instant coffee.
The breakfast is very delicate and tastes very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and I feel very comfortable.
No dissatisfaction, overall very good.
The staff was very polite and helpful. Nearby is the station of the "orange line" (regular boats). The traditional breakfast was prepared with love and served with explanations.
The lady at the front desk is so gentle~ You can communicate smoothly in both Chinese and English! The room is also superb!

Greetings and advice from the hotel staff. Very warm atmosphere Thai breakfast (no other choice!): experience!
The breakfast was great. There is no standard buffet, every day a new Thai dish. The staff is just super, very friendly and polite. In the evening there were also small surprises, like a banana cake.
facility
The Google map link is wrong, do not open Google map from the address link, you can directly search the name of the restaurant on the map.
Very friendly atmosphere of the staff, very helpful, rooms of a very good standard, everywhere clean and tidy
No elevator for people - luggage was going in a freight elevator
Great staff and the room lived up to expectations
It's a small inn, but the staff's thoughtfulness is wonderful. The room is clean and faces the street, but there is not much traffic so it is quiet. As others have said, the breakfast here is great. The neighborhood has a downtown feel, and there are many local restaurants around the hotel that are not clean, but delicious. Yen Tai Ho next to the hotel (40 baht) and nearby Si Ayutthaya Noodles (18 baht) are cheap and delicious. There are usually many high school students, so it feels like living in Bangkok. Khaosan road and the royal palace are near.
Because station is not near, it is slightly inconvenient to appear toward the town including Siam. It's fun just to hang around the hotel. Thewet station (N15) of the Chao Phraya Express boat is very close, so it is good to use the boat. The royal palace is very close.
Very nice little boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and dedicated. The decor of the room is very nicely decorated but simple. There is always free tea and coffee on the ground floor. The bed was very comfortable. There was a problem with hot water in the shower during my stay but this was fixed immediately when I reported it to the staff. Super service!
The rooms are not very well soundproofed. The room on the first floor is quite loud in the morning when other guests are having breakfast or talking.
