The room smelled of smoke & the bathroom had such a sewer smell that we could only stay in it for a few minutes. The bed was worn out, the floor was sticky and it wasn't clean. Everything was run down. The pictures do not correspond to the current condition at all.
The proximity to the temple
The smell of cigarette smoke in the room
Good location
The furniture is the same as in the picture in the room, but it has nothing to do with "boutique". The bathroom smelled badly of drains and could have been cleaner. It would have been fine for less money but expectations were set a little too high by the pictures and the name.
NOTHING
No rooms available at 11 a.m. Crazy staff or rather unfit to work, the day after "java" Prefer to change hotel Wait 3 p.m. to get a room! !!!!!!
It's quieter than I thought
The bed spring was broken and the shower water pressure was weak so it was difficult to shower.
The only good thing is the location.
The first night the light in the bathroom broke while I was showering and they didn't fix it. And then the bathroom ran out of water and I couldn't shower the night I was there. In the morning he said that there was no water due to a leak in the entrance, but at night it was not fixed and in the heat I could not take a shower. Terrible and the bathroom was not clean.
Nothing.
The staff barely spoke English so couldn't answer any of my questions. Any hostel used to always be able to help with a transfer or recommend places. Nothing here. There is only one bed in the room, not even a closet. The bathroom stinks of mold, and when I opened the door, I was attacked by kakalake. The bed is like a stone. I felt so embarrassed that I checked into the hotel next door at 11pm.
The price was the only thing worth it considering it's a cheap place you can't ask for much but check in was lousy we spent over an hour waiting and looking to get it done.
They send them to go to another place for registration, the worst thing is that when we arrived there was no one there, they don’t take the phone that appears, I wrote here and nothing, they answered the next day, in the end we didn’t sleep there seeing the quality of service. The bathroom, so to speak, is terrible, too small, and the shower is literally in the former. I do not recommend it, it is better to pay a little more in Bangkok and for 6 euros more you have at least a decent place.
The mattress was hard, it was full of dust You can't take a shower at all, there is no current and what is there is also cold No one is at the reception in the morning
Nothing
It was disgustingly dirty, the bed and towel were stained, the smell of sewage in the bathroom was very strong and not pleasant! Naturally, no one cleans the rooms and takes out the trash, the shampoo and gel dispensers were empty! There is no staff at the workplace, we could not check into the room for several hours, because there was simply no one at the workplace! The phone is not available, email and chat without answer, there was no communication from them!
quite quiet overall lived up to my expectations
I was lonely... that was after the coronavirus
The room was very large with air conditioning, a huge bed and quite comfortable.
The bathroom was very small with no water pressure and it was difficult to take a shower. The common area at the entrance was useless, the fridge didn't work, there was nothing in the cupboards and what little was there was dirty. Reception in another hostel 250 meters away, staff spoke very little English.
very clean
The water heater on the fourth floor was broken and there was no hot water for several days, so I had to go to the third floor. Later, I lived on the second floor. The noise of the air conditioner on the second floor was very loud, which affected my sleep.
The room was clean and quiet
The room was super small. The bed just fit in and you couldn't even sit next to it.
Great location, right on a little side street full of cafes and hostels. Khaosan road within walking distance. Also the staff was very nice and helpful!
The rooms were a bit worn. The decorative pillows were dirty and there were two stains on the sheet. Towels have had better days. The mattress was very sagging and uncomfortable. The ashtray on the balcony was not emptied .. (unpleasant as a non-smoker)
good location, cleanliness almost ok in the bathroom.
the walls were dirty, the electricity was noisy, the towel was white with rust spots. wifi didn't work
Close to Hoasan Road and attractions within walking distance. There was air conditioning, not hot in the room.
The room is very small, there is no place even to spread out the suitcase. Bed bugs bit me (((
very good location, away from the crowded and noisy center. close to more intimate eateries
Square
To check in you need to go to another building which is quite a distance from your room. on check in they asked us for a 200 baht deposit so we don't see the hair again as when we went to check out there was no one to help them to get the keys back and that they are giving back the deposit seemed unbelievable to me, that no one opened when we notified the hostel in advance of the time that we were going to leave the accommodation.
There are a lot of beautiful and inexpensive cafes around, although the lobby of the Hotel is located in another building, it is very cozy there and you can sit, work and chat
A bit dirty sheets and a very small room and shower, but it was clear from the photo
Outside the more touristy area, located in a much more authentic area. After spending more than a week there, I felt at home. Great times and great staff. Good luck guys and see you soon ;)

staff
Small bathroom and no space shower that dampens the whole bathroom. They don't have daily housekeeping.
Staff are friendly and willing to help guests. Cleanliness is okay. The problem is that the same receptionist is not on shift every morning, noon and evening; Check In/Check out or if you have anything to ask the receptionist, you have to walk from the street to the office at the end of the street (except for the boss at night, the rest of the staff can't speak Chinese). The location is close to Khao San Road, but far away from the city center BigC/Erawan Buddha/China Town/Wholesale Center, etc. . .
I personally have no dissatisfaction. Please know that the room is very small, except for a bed, so narrow that you can only stand next to it, there is not even room to put luggage and clothes, just don't dream of a chair or anything. . . The bathroom is also so narrow that you almost have to stand next to the toilet to take a shower.
