Disastrous check-in, no one to get room keys, only constantly asking strangers. Found only by calling Booking.com step by step asking for the owner key in the mailbox with a numeric code which is very small. The key with the card key number on the right and left is almost illegible. I had the 24th floor and the room had to walk around the rooms and try where the key fits. In the room, on the kitchen table, there was a note written for Wifi Password: there was nothing behind it, the login was gone, there was nothing behind it. I was looking for an illegible numeric code here on the router. When I check out, I have to put the key on the table in the room and email this photo to the owner, then leave the room before 11am without locking it. If you stay before 12:00 pm, you must pay the room in full. Everything is very cumbersome. In the bathroom, the shower head was so twisted that when you turn on the water, water splashed into the corner, you constantly had to hold the watering can with one hand. Wanted to make coffee with a kettle. Unfortunately, there were no cups, but there were glasses, but it was impossible to fill a glass with hot water without breaking it. .
