Excellent location in the city center, near the train station and the funicular. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Large, comfortable room with a beautiful view of the Little Matterhorn. Storage room for ski equipment very practical and well laid out.

Hotel Simi is very centrally located and easily accessible from Zermatt Bahnhof and the main street in Zermatt. Even if you lack a view of the Matterhorn, this is compensated by the fact that the hotel is close to "everything" in the city. The breakfast at Hotel Simi was very good. Swiss muesli and fresh fruit for breakfast are particularly pleasant and delicious. The hotel also had very good coffee machines. The hotel room was cleaned every day and the beds made. It was also very pleasant to come back to the room which was nice and warm after a long day out. The hotel's spa department with sauna and jacuzzi was also tested.

It was a single room, but the room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom was clean. If anything, there is a supermarket near the station on the main street.

Wonderful hotel. Newly renovated rooms. Our family room (325) was huge, the bathroom too, big closet with lots of hangers and trouser clips. Excellent hearty breakfast. In short, nothing is missing. I highly recommend because, in addition, the management and staff are charming.

The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathtub, and the toilet and shower room were well separated, which was great. The location was close to the station, there was a proper room to store luggage after checkout, and the staff service was good.

The hotel is very well located, close to the main street. Great welcome at the front desk. Very clean room. There is a small spa with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, very clean and very welcoming.

Very good breakfast, varied and in quantity. Large family room with separate toilet. Very comfortable beds. A coffee machine and cakes are available at reception (in addition to tea/coffee making facilities in the room). Very nice lady at the reception on the day of check out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to enjoy our last day in Zermatt.

The breakfast was very good. Dinner at Walliserkanne was also excellent. The service is excellent, everything went like clockwork - compliments! The staff at Symi were very pleasant. I also enjoyed the silence.

Great location, perfect hotel for dogs, beds and bowls for dogs, everything was available. The hotel even provides soup, coffee and cake, which of course is not a matter of course! Super friendly staff, great breakfast and the kids were very well stocked too. Great hot tub! Just great!! We would like to come again. The staff were very helpful and the room was large, modern and clean. Thanks a lot!

The staff is very nice and helpful, the spa is great, and the snack from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. with hot drinks, cakes and soup is perfect when you come back from the slopes 😉👍

The hotel is very well located, very pleasant welcome. Spacious room with balcony, comfortable but pillows need to be changed (only a minus for me, but my wife appreciated that soft side). Quiet at night while the center is sociable and close to all shops and restaurants. Very decent breakfast served in the dining room and with kindness. Special attention to our little dog. Indeed, he was offered specific bed linen, while other hotels, always with a surplus, do not! Thank you for this gesture. Switzerland really has an excellent service. Think of the gentlemen of the French hoteliers! Very well run hotel with very friendly staff. Very good choice for those 2 nights in Zermatt.

Located in the heart of Zermatt train station. However, a very quiet location. The rooms are very well equipped and very clean. Despite good occupancy, we were able to extend our stay by one day. Thank you very much again. Can only recommend the hotel and we would love to come back!

The hotel is about 150m from the train station. You don't need a taxi there. The room was very nicely furnished. Big bathroom. Fortunately, the hotel is "in a backyard" so that it doesn't get too hot in summer. I think that in Zermatt most of them don't have air conditioning. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel and they are all great. It is best to reserve a ticket for the Gornergrat the day before, as there are many people at the counter when there is a rush. A cozy area for walking and the Matterhorn can be seen from the center - lovely.

Good access from the station. Even with two small daughters and a large luggage, it was easy to arrive. The room was also very clean and comfortable. It was nice that the toilet and bath were separate. You can order scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. They were very accommodating every morning.

The family room was spacious, beds very comfortable, welcome with our dog was great. Everything is set up to feel good. The breakfast is plentiful and with a lot of choice! We recommend this hotel!

Good breakfast, the lady is very hospitable and kind to children. In the bedroom, the toilets were separated from the bathroom, which was very practical for a family room. Good bedding. Good sized bedroom, large wardrobe.
