Access to the apartment is dangerous, very tiring and, above all, not suitable for children, the elderly and the disabled due to walking difficulties, instability of protective barriers and earth/bricks with holes/furniture and instability. Lack of heating, after notifying the manager/owner, a heating technician arrived who unkindly and rudely did not solve the problem and left us in the initial conditions, saying to solve it on our own with the owner and what nonsense he would not I had to move so… to remember that my parents (aged 80 and 77) were also there to stay including my disabled mother and my 14 year old daughter!!!

The apartment is located in a building at the top of Zermatt. You have to climb a very steep path, which is very tiring with your luggage. Electric vehicles cannot drive directly. The promised two bedrooms are just one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed!

This is hard work. But the effort is worth it!
