Very clean apartment, dishes,
location and accessibility
Quiet, bright, beautiful apartment, Heike and Andreas are wonderful hosts!
The cleaners did not cope, the guests of the holiday do not report if something is broken (something can happen), but Heike and Andreas were at the door the next day and replaced everything without any problems :-), for people who walk badly quite unsuitable, because 100 steps lead to the street,
view, bathroom, kitchen
sofa bed
Access to the apartment by stairs is long and difficult in skis and ski boots. There is no shortcut leading to the shuttle.
The sofa bed makes a lot of noise and it becomes difficult to fall asleep
The view is fantastic
Beautiful view.
Next to the helipad. There are 100 steps from the street to the entrance to the house. Unfortunately, it is not in the description. Vacuum bag overflowing to the brim, broken coffee machine jug in closet, still Christmas decorations in March.
Nice view of the mountains and Zermatt. Direct view of the ski resort. Quiet place.
Rather a little to the side and a lot of stairs to climb. It is tiresome on arrival and departure.
The apartment is very well appointed. There is everything you need for the kitchen. Very clean. Big positive: the look. The apartment in all respects corresponds to the photos on the site.
Access is very difficult. 101 steps are too many. It is not specified and it is very important. In fact, there is an elevator to get to the Aquila building from another building, but after agreement with the owner of the apartment, the latter does not have a key, while residents of other apartments in the building use it. Therefore, it is important to mention it on your website, because it is not possible to access it for the elderly, people with disabilities and young children. In winter we have a lot of luggage ...
The location was good, not too far from the train station and center.
The stairs to get to the apartment with the kids were not ideal.
Very nice view of Zermatt and Matterhorn from the balcony. Well equipped apartment. Nothing was enough for us.
The metal staircase leading to the house is rather difficult for larger dogs.
