Great location, close to Wisp train station. Who wants to relax in the mountains, but spend the night in the city recommend this hotel. Great trendy design! Huge room, very cool design and very comfortable. , balcony. Bathroom with trendy design, hair dryer, magnifying mirror. Breakfast is amazing, service and variety. The lobby is very nice and cozy, you can meet with friends. I like it . I will come again.

Highly recommended hotel for excursions in Valais (Zermatt, Aletsch Glacier & Co.). The Visp train station, a Migros and a Coop Probto are directly opposite the hotel. If you are traveling by car, parking in the station underground car park is even included. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for Aletsch Glacier hiking tips. The hotel room was clean and modernly furnished. The breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired. Large selection of bread, croissants, muesli, cheese, meat, etc. By the way: if you like to eat Thai, the restaurant "Thai Suphanya" is delicious, authentic and only about 5 minutes away on foot. ;))

The room was very spacious. Thanks to the excellent soundproof windows and the air conditioning, you could sleep well, even if there was still "life" in the pedestrian zone for a long time. The location at the train station and bus station was ideal for excursions. The parking space in the underground car park, which is high enough for a VW bus, is very comfortable. The breakfast varied, rich and tasty. The breakfast room with a view of the mountains on the top floor is also nice and, above all, the possibility of having breakfast on the roof terrace when the weather is good. The room was very clean. There was the possibility, against 2 vouchers for drinks (double room), to skip the cleaning for the other day. The vouchers were actually valid for a large number of drinks, including e.g. wine or Aperol Spritz - we have experienced this differently in other hotels. Very friendly staff rounded off the good impression of the hotel for us!

Very centrally located. During the night the hotel card didn't work anymore. I was admitted to the hotel via radio and was able to easily load a new card at reception👍🏻😄 Also the breakfast on the 6th floor with a view was great.

The location is great and the car can be safely parked in the station's underground car park in a separate gated area free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our superior room was quiet and very nicely furnished. The breakfast room on the 6th floor consists of indoor and outdoor areas. All our wishes were fully met. We highly recommend this hotel.

Almost everything was even better than I expected: secure parking, check in, room and breakfast were amazing! Very good location, nice hotel, nice and very complete room. And very friendly employees. In addition, a very spacious balcony with lovely seating. No problem with noise from the station.

everything was great: super central location, great room, big balcony, very nice staff, free parking nearby, great breakfast buffet on the amazing rooftop terrace with views of Visp and sun protection - perfect stay, an absolute recommendation!

Breakfast is normal from 7 am on Saturday. Upon request, the hotel agreed to offer breakfast at 6am in connection with a sporting event. I and some of the other participants really enjoyed it, especially since the breakfast was excellent. Thank you for this extraordinary flexibility

The room was great, clean and had a balcony which we couldn't use because it was too hot. The air conditioner works very convincingly. The hotel is right opposite the train station, on the edge of the pedestrian area in the old town with many restaurants. The breakfast was very good, we didn't use the terrace because it was too hot. Special mention deserves a very friendly receptionist, we immediately felt welcome.

Being able to have breakfast on the attic terrace is great. The rooms have a large area, which gives a very good feeling of space. They are also very well designed in a modern style. Wood paneling and earthy colors make the room feel very homey. Thanks to the installed AirCondition / adjustable ventilation of the room, the window can remain closed, so that street restaurants do not interfere even with those who go to bed early.

Bahnhof car park (at the train station) in the immediate vicinity. Located at -1 which is on the first floor, straight ahead and then left (direction indicated, follow Baxter Hotel). The parking card received at check-in is used to open the gate to the hotel's private car park. Quiet, large room with a balcony. Nice lunch with a lot of choice. Central location.

A modern yet relatively elegant hotel with a great layout, a large room and a balcony protected by glass screens where you can smoke if needed. The train station is within walking distance, as are various restaurants, supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Coop pronto), shopping arcade, banks and telecommunications. The hotel has a small but well-stocked breakfast buffet and, as compensation, its own gym.

The hotel is right next to the train station. Very nice and modern equipment. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast with enough choice. We were upgraded to a premium room which was very large. Thank you!

Recommended hotel. Already with a very friendly welcome at the reception you immediately felt at ease. Very good explanation of everything. The rooms are modernly furnished and the beds are fitted with very comfortable mattresses. The breakfast buffet met my needs. It's not too big, but it has everything you need for a perfect breakfast. The food offered was of very good quality.

Close to the train station and close to the pedestrian area/old town with countless shops, Baxter is the address for everyone. The spacious rooms are modern and functional. They are ideal for business and private travelers. Also worth mentioning is the breakfast buffet with local and homemade dishes.

After a short phone call, we were able to check into the hotel room after the official check-in without any problems. The interaction was very pleasant and when we arrived the light was still on in the bar and although the ladies just wanted to get it over with we got a beer. Parking across the road at Bahnhofsparking in a separate part of the underground car park (free, excellent). The breakfast buffet is plentiful and caters for all tastes. Very good in terms of quality, but unfortunately not always hot (warm dishes). We were very pleased to be greeted in our room with a handwritten map and felt very welcome. As an apology for the stains on the bed, we got an apology from the front desk from a very nice receptionist and she made sure everything was sorted out right away. The written apology, including an invitation to the bar, made us very happy.
