The location with a phenomenal view of Lugano, the quiet and the cleanliness. The helpful tips of the landlord.
The house is insufficiently insulated, which means that it hardly gets really warm in winter. In the summer months this is certainly not important.

Comfortable holiday home
The apartment leaves a lot to be desired, everything is thought of, from the mosquito spray to the shoe horns, we didn't miss anything! The location on the mountain and the view of Lugano and the lake couldn't be better. The surroundings offer great variety. The hosts Peter and Anita are very nice and will always help in word and deed. We would like to return.

very well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and great view over Paradiso/Lugano Great option for families with small children (swings available, swimming pool can be installed) Suitable for people looking for peace (ideal for slowing down).
a bit deaf (usually not intrusive, but a little uncomfortable with a small child) Those who want to indulge in culinary delights should look for more central accommodation, as there is no restaurant or delivery service nearby.

Relaxing days at Ca'Dogana Vegia in Pugerna
The apartment is well equipped, very clean and the view is fantastic. Quiet location ideal for relaxation. The hosts are very friendly and helpful (providing firewood, numerous tips for excursions).
There is nothing negative at all.

The accommodation and the view are wonderful, the owner of the apartment is very polite, humble and cooperative, and the apartment is wonderful
Everything is excellent, except that it is difficult to reach the place of residence because of its presence on the top of the mountain, and this takes approximately 15 minutes by car, and the road is narrow

Welcome welcome and accommodation in a beautiful location
Warm welcome. If you have something to ask, just knock on the door. Modern furnished apartment completely built in 2021. Fully equipped kitchen, pleasant shower. Fantastic view from the dining area in the hallway overlooking the lake and the city of Lugano. In the evening, you can watch the sunset on the balcony. The holiday you are dreaming of!

- Getting to Pugerna is a bit tedious, but it is rewarded with an excellent location of the apartments.

The hotel is easily accessible by car. It is well equipped and the kitchen and bathroom leave a lot to be desired. The sunny balcony and living room invite you to linger. The Lederach family welcomed us very warmly and gave us advice on excursions and activities. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back anytime!

What a lovely apartment! Furnished with great attention to detail and at the same time very functional. Very clean, very quiet, very spacious floor plan - and then that lake view! Can only be recommended because the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the money.
The balcony could have been slightly larger. And to the parking you need to walk a few steps. But this nagging is at a very high level.

Women's holiday on Lake Lugano
The accommodation is at least as beautiful as the pictures, tastefully decorated and everything you need (even shower gel - in the holiday apartment!). The view was beautiful and the owner was surprisingly uncomplicated. We were allowed to dine under a huge fig tree in the garden, as well as eat herbs in the garden. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of seating and plates for our holiday with 4 adults. Less than 20m from the accommodation, you can get breakfast rolls (if you order in advance) and everything you forgot by the lake. There are hiking trails right from the house, but, of course, they all overcome many meters in height ;-)
The points of criticism are really not so important compared to the positive ones, but they should still be mentioned to the following travelers: on the first lunch break, we were completely stung by mosquitoes in the garden (the apartment would have had an anti-hum and a mosquito net on the bed, but there were no nets on the windows ). And this journey is really more than adventurous, I was always happy when I had 20-minute return journeys, often in one lane! Which does not mean negatively for the stay, you had a great view and a quiet place ;-) everyone should know about it.

Magnificent view of Lake Lugano. The road to it is admittedly winding, but the tranquility and beauty of the place is worth it. The owners are welcoming and the apartment is very well equipped.
Mechanical ventilation in the bathroom will come in handy.

Astonishing
Fantastic view, neat, clean, tasteful home apartment! You really relax there. The owners are very welcoming and leave you free, you feel welcome! Wi-Fi is well organized.
Unfortunately for the (older) kids there is not much to do, no swing or anything like that. No TV, but it shouldn't be a minus, it can be solved via WiFi or Netflix. Plan ahead for what you are going to do because it takes fifteen minutes of driving on tight bends and narrow roads to walk on the lake, swim or do a quick errand.

Panoramic apartment with atmosphere
Very welcoming and nice hosts. Magnificent views of Lake Lugano, Mount San Salvatore and the Gulf of Lugano. Very high quality, thoughtful and friendly equipment in the apartment. The atmosphere of the old customs house reigns in the house.

We would love to come back again - pure relaxation, we were able to experience it.
An extraordinary atmosphere, incredibly friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings, summer weather - what else do you need for complete relaxation? The balcony offered a beautiful view of Lake Lugano and Lugano. Every evening we enjoyed the evening sun with dinner on the balcony.

Unfortunately, Pugerna cannot be reached by public transport.

The location and the apartment were great. We needed NOTHING. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and is VERY tidy and clean. The balcony and all rooms offer lake views. The hosts were very friendly. We will return at any time and would like to stay longer.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The pictures are very attractive and the apartment is actually one of the nicest I have booked. All the equipment was also very high quality! Pugerna is a small quiet village with unique recreational value! We will definitely be back.
