Fantastic lake view.
Fantastic view of Lake Lugano. Spacious living-dining room. Very good and responsive guide. If problems arise, a specialist will be dispatched to resolve them. In addition, the administration immediately fulfills the wishes of its guests with maximum satisfaction. Thanks for the friendly support, which also contributed to a good stay.
Intermittent construction noise from the construction site across the road. The bedrooms are not very large. Part of the apartment is worn out or broken.

Great view. Modern apartment. Advantage: 2 bathrooms.
No rag and just a soiled house towel. Construction site in front of the house, this must be reported. It was very noisy due to the construction site. There is no direct access to the lake. You had to go to the beach to swim right in the lake. A bit strange smell in the apartment. The chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. No grill. The bathroom is very small.

Nice apartment but noisy surroundings
Panorama and thoughtful apartment
Kitchen utensils are missing or in poor condition. There is a nightclub on the ground floor, the building is being demolished by the side of the road, there is constant traffic, it is difficult to enjoy from the balcony in such conditions! I am

Very happy with everything
Location and two balconies with beautiful lake views
The vacuum cleaner is broken. At 7 am the noise level was quite high due to the construction site across the road.

Very good
Lake view from the first row, a dream. Elevator in the house. Garage space is included in the rent. WiFi worked well. We always have a quick response to problems or inquiries. Nothing is heard from the other residents of the apartment. Restaurants within walking distance.
