We didn't feel welcome at check in, it was a burden for the lady at the front desk to check us in. Unfortunately the apartment we stayed in was very different from what was shown in the pictures. Except for the bathroom photo, the photos don't match at all. We were disappointed to find a dilapidated, dark and not particularly clean apartment.

Unfortunately, the staff does not speak Italian, even though it was among the languages ​​used when booking. We found that the trash cans have not changed.

I immediately informed the reception that the stove in the apartment was not clean. It's a pity because the first impression upon arrival was not very good. The details of cleanliness should be improved: a poorly washed cup at breakfast, a soiled tablecloth. The floor of the balcony will have to be redone. The bedroom door closes with difficulty. It remained open after passing the technician.

And what doesn't work at all are the windows, we felt in complete danger because the lever on one window was loose and there were no blinds to pull down - and this is in a ground floor apartment. Requires renovation! the balcony was also quite dirty! when we moved the base of the umbrella, creepy creepy creatures approached us...disgusting.

In fact, everything was in order, the kitchen equipment was missing a coffee machine or a filter to make it, and since we are used to leaving everything as clean as we found it would be useful if a floor wiper was available.

You can redo the decor or give a refreshing shot anyway. Small kitchen but few kitchen utensils. In theory, you have to pay to visit the spa, but we were not asked for anything.

The cleanliness of the kitchen area (countertop, dishes, trash can) was far from expected. The apartment is in its own right, rather old-fashioned, with hunting trophies as wall decoration. This is not necessarily prohibitive, but since it is not visible in the photographs, I point it out.

The reception was a bit cumbersome, there was no dinner in the house, a bit difficult for a cyclist as the restaurants are 100 meters below.

Everything was almost perfect. If you still want to suggest improvements: It would be nice to provide some salt, pepper, sugar and oil (for example) for cooking. Wifi didn't work.

The interior of apartment 6 in Haus Aletsch is very rustic. Looks outdated and cramped. The breakfast offered by the Salina Maris was very disappointing, you can save money.

We stayed at G326, a four-room apartment. 1960s decor, no modern faucets, moldy wooden windows in the bathroom, pots without lids, one completely rusty, no tray in the oven, coffee maker in working order, no caquelon, no raclette, obviously cheap and old furniture. The worst we have ever experienced in Switzerland and at a steep price. We didn't visit the vaunted hotel as it was 0.5km away, we really expected the apartment to have a functional kitchen!

I booked an apartment in Brighten but it was being renovated, at least there was a lot of noise. I have now received an upgrade at Haus Aletsch. It was good, but I would like to know in advance because there is a bathtub in the application and I personally really like it.

Small and rundown apartment, not very clean. Any coincidence falls on the photo and reality is pure fiction. We were not given any information about the spa and gym you see in the pictures.

First we had to look for a house and a hotel where they were supposed to pick up the keys to the room, despite the sat nav. There was only minimal information about access to the underground car park, WLAN and room service. There was no contact person in the house itself, and the Salina Hotel did not really know what to do. The kitchen equipment was sparse: no kettles, coffee machines, egg cups, measuring cup, sauce spoons, wine glasses... We were not told from the house description that towels were only available once a week. changed and they were in a deplorable state (rubbed). Garbage collection was unsatisfactory because only 1x wtl. and the toilet paper was not replenished at all so we had to reorder it.

This was the worst accommodation of the four we stayed in during our holiday in Switzerland. The photos on Booking.com are a scam because they mix photos of the apartment with photos of the hotel where they give you the key. The only correct photo is the third one. Dark, dirty and furnished with very old furniture. We found wet towels from previous tenants outside the bathroom door. This already gives an idea of ​​the cleaning they do in this house. There are almost no wardrobes in the bedroom and you have to leave everything in the closet in the hallway. WiFi connection is very unstable and every day it was disappearing. We went down to ask the sister hotel and no one speaks English there. In short: I do not recommend visiting this site at all.

The apartment house belongs to another hotel, where the reception is located (Salina Maris, about 300 meters from the hotel) and where you can have breakfast. The shared house is a little off to the side, about 900 m from the mountain railway to Riederalp. The bathroom (bathtub / shower curtain) is a little dated. Check in was a little slow for me but always friendly.

No garage key.

Inadequate and sometimes inaccurate description of the property on Booking.com: there are no parking spaces at the property (as indicated), but they are located about 500 meters from the hotel, so you need to walk along the steep access road several times a day (access in front of the house for getting out and loading luggage, however, is guaranteed). When Booking.com talks about twin beds, it doesn't mention rollaway beds (wardrobes). On the other hand, there were also positive deviations from the description: instead of a folding sofa in the living room, the apartment had an additional bedroom with a single bed. The apartments have no inventory (for example, dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils), you will have to look for everything in many places (cabinets, drawers, etc.). The inventory is very different from apartment to apartment, sometimes one is missing (broken corkscrew), sometimes something else. The kitchen has dishcloths and dishwashing detergents, but no cleaning rags, such as for washing tables after dinner. In one apartment there is a detergent, in the second with a washing machine only tablets for this machine, so the pans and all kinds of individual utensils must be washed in the machine. Instructions for kitchen appliances and satellite TV are mostly missing completely or only available in one language (operating instructions in French in the German-speaking region of Upper Valais!).

Hand soap, like a hair dryer, would be nice.
