If I were to come to the area again, I would return to the apartment.
Superb location, superb view...beautiful atmosphere; it's important that you can sit in the yard at the table... really nice;
the bathroom is on the 1st floor (private) ... a little uncomfortable ... but it wouldn't be too bad;

warm welcome and home but toilets upstairs. very good situation
tea and coffee available. Hull feet in the water of the lake (20 meters) and very quiet. a small clean room with a small kitchen next to the first floor of the house. Garden furniture opposite with lake view. very good owner
separate bathroom and toilet, BUT on the floor of the house at the beginning of the owners' apartment. A little mess in the part of the garden furniture.

Great Lake Thun - wonderful mountains - gracious, friendly hosts who will let you relax

Simple and clean rooms in an excellent location in Leissigen on Lake Thun.
The location on Lake Thun is unbeatable. 5 minutes from Badi and 5 minutes from the Leissigen Bahnhof bus stop. There is a Volga at the bus stop, which is open on Sundays.

Exceptional
The owners warmly welcomed us and could always contact them with any questions. The treatment was friendly and uncomplicated. The location is amazing - from the room you can see the lake which is almost right in front of the front door! In a few minutes you can walk to the Volga and the beach with a small pub. The room is comfortably furnished, and the small kitchen is suitable for preparing light snacks. The seats outside are perfect - thanks to the roof, you can sit outside even in the rain. In short: it is recommended to stop here :)

Exceptional
Convenient location - with the opportunity to drink your morning coffee on the lakeside. I recommend it if you want to live in an authentic Swiss home and interact with the lovely Swiss hosts. Original decor, through the window in the room you can hear the waves on the lake at night, great atmosphere. You drive a few minutes and you are in the mountains.

Big!
We got better! Tastefully furnished room and very comfortable bed, small but well equipped kitchen, everything was very clean, barbecue in the garden. Bathroom with bathtub and window. Very friendly and courteous owners, they were very knowledgeable about all the attractions, took the time to advise us and give us good insider tips. Moreover, it is in a great location, you have connections in all directions and you can reach the lake very quickly (30 meters). Will definitely be back! Isabel Lentini

The location is great, right on the shores of Lake Thun. The hostess is very welcoming.

Welcome and super clean!
The stay in Leissigen was very good. The best location with a good base for various hikes, Echinensee, Bern and lake holidays. In the small kitchen, we fried eggs every morning, and sometimes had a snack in the evening. The hostess was very nice and welcoming.

Quiet timeout
The location was great to explore the Bernese Oberland and cool off in the evening right on the doorstep of Lake Thun. The hotel was very quiet and the sunsets were spectacular! The hosts were always friendly, helpful and a later arrival is also possible without problems.
Getting there was a bit tricky because Google Maps wanted to lead us to a dead end all the time. Appropriate directions through the tunnel under the Volga would be helpful. The bathroom (for guests only) and the barbecue area are located on the top floor in the hostess's private area. This did not bother us anymore as we read it from the relevant reviews before booking.

Privatzimmer Thunersee perfect
The room is nicely decorated and very clean. There is even a small kitchenette nearby where you can make tea or coffee. On several occasions, we even managed to prepare a simple meal that we could eat on the veranda with a beautiful view of the lake. Contact with Katrin was great. She made us very comfortable! We will definitely come back here. Thank you, Catherine!

Nice room with great view
The location is perfect, the bed is very comfortable and you are quiet. In addition, we felt at home and it was convenient for us to have a refrigerator close at hand.

Good for two nights. Except for the external bathroom
Good lakeside location. Parking is available. Friendly hosts.
The description says: The whole apartment is on the first floor, but nowhere is it said that the bathroom on the first floor is in the owner's private area.
