Wonderful stay, good sauna and breakfast, great room
Breakfast was good. WHAT I FIND BAD IS THAT THE ROOM IS NOT CLEANED AND BED MADE ON A DAILY STANDARD. YOU CAN INDICATE THIS BUT BY STANDARD THEY DO NOT. NEVER EXPERIENCED AND ALSO APPOINTED ON DEPARTURE

The visit to Flims-Laax was definitely worth it.
The location of the hotel is perfect, in the middle of the village next to the bakery, COOP, sports shop and valley stations. The breakfast at the hotel is very good with courteous service. The room was well appointed, albeit with an 80's-90's look.
Overall, we found some skiers and boarders in the ski area to be quite inconsiderate. So far we have only encountered this in a few ski areas. However, we have not seen any accidents with injuries.

Good days to relax.
good location, very close to the cable cars.
The toilet flush was very loud. The shower didn't hold up well and there was almost no water pressure.
