A restful and beneficial stage.
The charm, the comfort, the location, the quality of the meal and the breakfast. We had previously visited this establishment in the summer. Its quality remains equivalent in winter.

The hotel is an asset to the area.
Very nice and attentive staff, including the boss. Rooms are very large and clean. We really appreciated the mineral water and the fruit on the floor.
The bathroom fittings were very spartan for a 4 star hotel. An additional smaller pillow would not be bad either.

Exceptionnel
Charming hotel with a romantic and really charming rustic style, the old building is really spectacular and the layout is splendid! The very cozy restaurant with a very nice wine list and fabulous food! I have nothing to complain about it was perfect!

When there is no free bed left in Lenzburg....
Country estate ensemble of historic half-timbered buildings with beautiful outdoor seating. Location on the connecting road in the direction of Birrfeld not too disturbing. Free parking. The dining room lives up to the "Romantic Hotel" award, the rooms, on the other hand, are less so, no lift access. Large room and bathroom, attractively renovated with rustic furniture. Breakfast is reasonable for a 4-star hotel and included in the room rate.
My room seemed a bit cool, a carpet or flowers would do the impression well. The engravings and calendar sayings in the aisles also appear as a mere embarrassment. A few ideas are needed here so that the hotel industry is as popular as the restaurant with its good price-performance ratio.

Very outdated equipment: not very modern bathroom, 2nd floor bedroom, no lift, with 140 beds, when I would like a large double bed, not a single chair to sit on, difficulty connecting our computer researchers, food from the evening is also expensive and really disproportionate value for money: room and food are too expensive

Very good and clean hotel. Very pleasant staff.
The first hotel where I had a great night's sleep. Mattresses are made for me. The breakfast could have been a little more varied.

Great choice
This is a great hotel with beautiful rooms (high quality carpentry, very clean, very nice bathroom) and in a great location, very quiet, lots of trees around. The owners and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and not overpriced. Rich breakfast buffet. Ample parking. Highly recommended for a vacation, romantic weekend or as a stopover.

Very poor soundproofing in the rooms, noise from guests walking in the hotel corridors or in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep until about midnight. In addition, the mattresses of the beds are very hard.

An old house, very tastefully restored, obviously with a lot of effort. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The service is very friendly. The Corona breakfast is a bit basic.

The staff were very friendly and the food was great! The hotel is very comfortable and stylishly furnished with love. We will be back.
The location of the room. It was very loud because the terrace was downstairs and people were talking loudly until midnight. But there are other rooms as well. Just ask. We missed it.

Perfect overnight stay on the way to Austria. It was already vacation.
The setting is in a calm and pleasant place, close to the motorway. The quality of an exquisite restaurant, a charming champagne garden, comfort, cleanliness, a friendly atmosphere.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Very good coffee for breakfast. There is enough parking space.

MAYBE WE HAVE been bad days, but the flaws noted above affect judgment.
located in a typical village, compared to the entrance about twenty meters there is a quiet road, typical breakfast in the area. Appropriate. No one speaks Italian, although we were able to see that during the hours of the stay, only one of the staff speaks French.
The premises we stayed at the end of June in the midst of the heat wave; Inside the mini-suite, the terrace is beautiful and spacious, unthinkable for a 4-star hotel for 250 francs. at night lack of air conditioning and refrigerator in the room.

Overall friendly staff. Everything was very neat and clean.
Booked junior suite with fireplace, dining area, balcony. I got a "normal" hotel room, of course, for the same price. The hotel says Booking is to blame, Booking says the hotel is to blame. The usual shuffling back and forth.

Great hotel with very great staff
The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very good for me!
The heat has been set too high. It was too hot at night, and it is not very economical to open a window. :-)

A place where we should spend more time
A very beautiful building, authentic, with woodwork, stone from a different era, but with all the modern comforts. Everything is accompanied by quality service.
I had royalties in my name that I did not use, but the boss immediately corrected the situation.
