Good choice for breakfast and dinner, very good food. Extremely great housekeeping, not even as good as Four Seasons or Kempinski. Everything is thoroughly cleaned. The guys are very friendly and helpful. the waiters in the restaurant and the chef are also excellent.
Extremely slow breakfast service from the 1st owner of the villa, 20 minutes for tea, we were only 2 couples and had already finished breakfast. After a 30-minute wait, the first owner of the villa brought breakfast and food that we did not order and did not want. For dinner we ordered the recommended sauce which of course didn't come. At the villa, we ordered ice cubes from the first owner of the villa, but they, of course, did not come. We told him that both phones in the villa didn't work, guess what. Nothing has been fixed. Reception was also sluggish. With the 2nd Villamaster Vici only got better. At dinner we saw a large Indian family in pajamas. Surprisingly, the manager was not visible, the staff was left alone with these uncouth boors. We wanted to discuss this with the manager, but after learning about our departure, we did not see him again. There is an urgent need to introduce a dress code here, as we do not feel like hooligans who come to breakfast and even dinner in pajamas and mistreat the staff. Spa prices are on par with Dubai, so no thanks. The villa is small inside, no wardrobe.
The first hotel I was confused about how to set it up. I visited more than 400 hotels around the world, but I did not see such accuracy and professionalism in this exceptional resort, and therefore it deserves all the awards it has won, and a thousand thanks to the wonderful management that has brought this luxurious hotel to this level. Advice to every newlyweds or whoever wishes To renew the honeymoon, to spend a few days there, and I will do a detailed review of the hotel in my blog. Thank you to the resort manager and all the staff, without exception, for making our stay wonderful and unforgettable. I will come back soon to spend a longer period and do an Ayurvedic treatment.

If this is truly an unusual place, then this is definitely a Harita resort - from its location to architecture, furnishings, service, food, etc. Our unfortunately too short stay was a great experience! We felt like in paradise - we were surrounded by wild nature, we saw many exotic birds, even peacocks roamed, and families of monkeys could be seen in the tall trees. We also liked the beautiful view of the rice field from our terrace. Service and food were great. It is the ideal place to escape from the urban jungle and relax in the best possible way. We are very grateful for the warmth with which we were received, and hope to see these warm-hearted people again soon (especially our butler Vasantha).
