Very good
The apartment inside is much larger than it looks. Everything is very nice and the air conditioning is essential. The owner is very nice and willing to help.
The pool is somewhat small and the apartments are very close together, which means there is little privacy.

Getting to know Caceres
Being on the outskirts of town it was a quiet place.
He has asked me three times through Booking to rate his stay. I wasn't going to say the negative things but since you request it I'll say it: The coffee pot was not the original: It was smaller and had to be attached to the drip stop so the coffee would not leak out. The mattress cover was not the right size and kept coming off. Only the overhead shower works and you had to be careful not to get your hair wet. The pool, as other comments have said, is a bit dirty at the bottom. It was uncomfortable to watch TV because it had a very hard sofa bed. (I think it was house 2)

Cozy and spacious apartment
The apartment I stayed in was for one/two people and was quite spacious. The living room is quite spacious with a sofa and a television, a dining table and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, and a small refrigerator (in addition to the necessary kitchen utensils). The bathroom very clean. Both the living room and the bedroom have air conditioning, although the house is cool, because as long as the air is turned on for an hour or so, if the heat from outside is not let in, the apartment remains cool for several hours.

We recommend
Spacious and comfortable apartment, located on the outskirts of the town. Friendly and welcoming owners. Recommended for visiting the Ambroz and Jerte valleys with their characteristic landscapes and towns, without forgetting the excellent Versatil restaurant located in the center of town.
We suggest installing a heater in the bathroom. Some garden furniture (lounger) for rest would be welcome.

It is a bungalow at the end of the village with a large parking lot in front. It has everything you need to stay there for days, not like us who only spent one night there. Highly recommended

very nice people
Warm welcome. Authentically furnished apartment with everything you need. Good air conditioner. Nice that there was a (small) pool (large enough for the few guests who used it). Spacious public parking across the street. A supermarket a short drive away and a great base to explore the old town of Granadilla.
There is little space around the pool and only one umbrella. Since it is protected by fences, there is no wind chill here.

Parts that can be upgraded for what they charge

The mattress, the springs are nailed, the TV is obsolete, the channels are not visible, the antenna signal is gone, the shower tray drain does not swallow, the bathroom is flooded, I had to stop taking a shower to collect the leaked water from the shower tray, then there was a cabinet with locked goods about which there was no information, the password from the Wi-Fi was nowhere to be seen ....

fatally!! The owner wanted to make us wait two hours to give us the keys outside, at five in the afternoon, at 30 degrees, so we protested and he ended up leaving them at the door. Then we felt cheated as we chose this place because there was a swimming pool and it was so dirty that we didn't dare to use it. The owner, instead of apologizing for charging for a service he didn't have, contented himself with saying that he used it because he lived there and all his rubbish was scattered all over the patio. once there we realized that every other apartment in the area is much better cared for than this one, shame. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.

Mejorable
Clean apartment with a good location. The welcome was friendly and pleasant.
They did not have such a basic need as good air conditioning in mid-August. It makes it difficult to sleep comfortably. They loaned us a portable air conditioner with no cooling power even though we had a hot/cold air separation unit. The shower tray was clogged causing the bathroom to fill with water.

Short and pleasant stay
There was air conditioning (thank God because it was hot hehe) and treatment.

The spaciousness of the house, the convenience of a night's rest on the couch, the possibility of parking right in front of the house.
To put a little but, a pillow and a very very soft mattress, we had a bad night, I suppose it will be a matter of taste and the general smell of the house, it seemed that the previous occupants smoked inside because it smelled. And it's not the fault of the owners either. In general, everything is fine, the service is polite staff, each house has a veranda, there are air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. We don't have enough hand soap in the sink.

Close to a beautiful natural and historical environment. Olive trees, reservoir, river, Roman city, hiking and cycling.
The attention received is very good. A simple rural home with what you need. Good air conditioner. It will only be stocked with utensils in the kitchen. Countryside with easy access by car to supermarkets. beautiful historical and natural places to visit within a few kilometers.

Dog holidays!
The house is very beautiful, two air conditioners, one in the bedroom, the other in the living room, a very comfortable and spacious sofa! Everything is very equipped, from the kitchen utensils to the bathroom!
There are holes in the fence, and the dog ran away! Although everything was decided by their tampandom! Also lighting in the patio would be nice!

Astonishing
The apartment is really nice, it has no lack of detail and cleanliness 10. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The water comes out very hot in winter, which is much appreciated. The location where it is located is ideal because it allows you to easily move to different points in the north of Cáceres, for example, between the Ambroz Valley and Las Hurdes, and in half an hour you can be in any of them. The owner is very nice as are most people in the area. We will definitely repeat!
We brought our pet with us and paid extra 5€ per night. This wasn't an inconvenience to us because we already expected it, but it would be nice to put it somewhere to avoid confusion.
