Terrible bed we turned the mattress over, that didn't help, the bed itself was completely dented. As a result slept badly. Bad sofa. Photos are very misleading! It is a complex of 4 houses with the swimming pool in front of it. Or rather: the large bathtub. We were in the last house. Dark corner. To see the number of the key box you have to get on your knees (unless you are very flexible). Kitchen cabinets smell musty, mold at the bottom of the shower. Kitchen cabinets hang higgledy-piggledy, as do a few shelves on the wall. In the pictures it looks like luxury, it's not!

I recommend this accommodation!!
The view is magnificent from the accommodation. The location on the island is quite ideal. The accommodation is large, clean and very well equipped. Free parking is available nearby. The area is quite quiet The host was available and responsive The accommodation is as in the photos.
The shower is a bit small and the shower curtain not very effective. The evenings are a little chilly, one or two extra duvets would have been perfect.

Educational trip in Lanzarote
Christopher is super nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. We were on an educational trip and the school was within walking distance. A bus stop is not far either. A car is therefore not absolutely necessary but advisable.
Unfortunately, the holder of the shower head cannot be adjusted. So you have to hold the shower head in your hand while showering to avoid flooding the bathroom.

How not to come back
The only real thing was the location of the housing.
There are many negative points, but I will focus only on the main ones. First of all, the owner never showed up at the place, even informing me that he was going to provide us with more bath towels. Second, the pool was very small and in poor condition. On the floor, either because of the paint, or I don’t know, when walking on it, some very annoying lumps remained. One of them, a pointed shape with many cutting options, as happened to me. Third, very uncomfortable beds. In the comments from November last year, someone already complained about the same thing, because as of August everything was still the same. The double bed completely collapsed in the middle making it very difficult to rest which is one of the main reasons for our holiday. The owner was informed and he replied that he did not have mattresses to replace... What will we do. Fourth. Some things were poorly looked after, which created the impression of neglect. With a lot of humidity, peeling walls... In short, as the name suggests, not to repeat myself as I don't claim 5 star accommodation, but the hype with the pool and the comfort of the beds are things that are hard to forget.

The double bed in the bedroom was uncomfortable (soft, with a hollow in the middle). Our requests to the manager for 1 fan at 40 degrees were not answered. We suffered a bit from the neighbors who were not very careful.

Great base for exploring the whole island!
There were two of us in an apartment designed for four. It was good for us, lots of space. You can also sit quietly outside. The pool in front of the houses was disappointing, it is much smaller than it looks in the picture! In addition, Yaiza is a small but cozy village. Apart from the Bar Stop (great for an inexpensive lunch), Café Antigua Escuela (breakfast!) and a supermarket, there is nothing to find. Tip: rent a car and explore the island from Yaiza! And book a free walking tour of Timanfaya National Park. You need to register about a month in advance.
The beds were quite hard. There are several restaurants within walking distance, so a few things to know.

Pleasant stay in Yaiza
Spacious and bright apartments located in a very quiet town of Yaiza. It is well equipped with everything you need to spend a few days. The environment is beautiful and very quiet. This is the ideal place to explore the south of the island and La Geria, although we were able to travel to all parts of the island because the distances are not very long. Check-in and check-out from the hotel was very convenient. This is a highly recommended site.
As a suggestion, you could put in some mattress toppers that are made from more breathable material.

Exclusively! A real favourite.
We liked! The house is very large, kitchen upstairs, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, everything was on top. We felt very comfortable at home. It is very well located as we are in the center of the island and we return to this place regularly to discover the island. The view is just magical and soothing with the volcano. You can park easily. The place is very quiet. Then the price is really very interesting. Really thanks for this place at the top!
So, to give something negative, but not really much, the tv channels were in german, it would be nice to have french and english channels.

Lovely apartment located in the center of a beautiful village.
Quiet location, excellent starting point for exploring the island. Nicely and neatly furnished, fully equipped kitchen as well as outdoor seating front and back.
There was nothing against it, I would like to see the hostess, but the entrance through the box with the keys was also quite suitable.

Good base for volcanoes and the sea with a car

The pool was not heated (cool period in February) and very small compared to what you might think from the photos, in the summer it's nice to cool off for two.

Very good apartment. good room layout. all apartments have 2 bedrooms. The space in front of the house is ideal for children.
There were no household items - for example, a coffee maker or a coffee pot with a filter nozzle (filters were available), cutlery and glasses were very rarely available.

Pleasant stay in a cozy apartment with a beautiful view
The house was spacious, the kitchen was complete. the large rooms and outdoor area with tables and chairs are very comfortable. Pleased with the presence of board games in case of rain and an extension cord for Wi-Fi electricity.
Not enough towels for 4 people (one was missing). The Wi-Fi signal did not reach the whole house (no problem, but I report). The double bed was not comfortable. No instructions for using the pool.

Quiet location in Yaiza with beautiful mountain views
Spacious apartment with great mountain views. Wifi was great. Large kitchen and convenient that there was a washing machine.
The beds were very bad. The pool is tiny in real life, I don't know what lens was used for the pictures on the site. It's more like a big bath. It was not a problem for us, it was still too cold to swim. It is difficult that you cannot contact the manager, only through Booking. There is no direct number.

Good stay, value for money
There was a very friendly contact with the owners. We were even able to get into the apartment earlier. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a long stay. 🙂 We were very pleased. In addition, the apartment was quite central in Yaiza and the bus and supermarket are also easily accessible. Restaurants are also within walking distance.
Unfortunately the floor was not clean and could only be covered with a very thin sheet. A bit chilly in November. 😅 But there was at least one blanket. The bathroom is a bit dated but clean.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Very close to Timanfaya National Park and in a very beautiful area. The town of Yaisa, which is easily accessible on foot, is very beautiful and very well looked after. The apartment is well thought out and functional for a family. Our plane departed at 7:30 pm and the owner allowed us to stay until 5:00 pm, which is very valuable when you are traveling with children.
In my opinion, the quality of the furniture could be improved. Pretty much everything is Ikea, and in a place where so many people pass, I don't know if this is the right product. On closer inspection, this could have accommodated 10 people.

Very quiet environment in a beautiful town on the island. Location, close to many attractions. The apartment had all the necessary equipment. Reception staff and management are very friendly and helpful.
The pool was smaller than the advertised pictures. Since it is very hot in here, there will be no air conditioning or fans in all rooms.

They stole money from me during my stay, broke into my house and robbed me. I am stating facts. We had a check out at 11:00 on Sunday and had to deliver a copy of the ID and the negative PCR on which the owner insisted so much to issue it to the person. The day before, I confirmed that I would have breakfast and visit a small town before leaving at 11:00. We left our suitcases ready at the door and went to breakfast 5 minutes from our accommodation. We returned at 11:00, packed our suitcases, a backpack with money (laptop and tablet), and left. On arriving the next night, the money disappeared. I contacted the owner to inform him of what had happened and he confirmed that he was in front of the door at 10:30, that he called and since there was no answer, he left but did not enter the premises. Interestingly, he didn't call me to collect the required documentation, or that he didn't wait 30 minutes. I also found it strange that he told me that he did not enter the house because he did not have a key, I cannot imagine such an apartment with a single key. At the same time, I will not return to this accommodation, nothing like this has ever happened to me.

Perfect
The apartment is very well equipped. Nice that there was shower gel and shampoo as well as laundry detergent and cleaning products so we didn't have to buy them. I think there was even Netflix or Movistar, but we didn't use them. Wi-Fi worked well for us. The apartment is very quiet, as is the city, exactly what we were looking for. You can park on the street in front of the apartment without any problems. You will need a car to get to the beach, but for us the beach is 15-20 minutes away, not a problem. The city is well located and well connected to travel around the island. In truth, we spent 15 days very calmly and well. When we return to Lanzarote, if possible, we will repeat.
In general, I liked everything. We were "surprised" by the pool, which turned out to be smaller than we expected, but since we were almost alone, this was not a problem. A bed in a double room could be a little more comfortable.

Ideal for a calm and relaxing holiday.
Calm environment. Volcano views. The accommodation is very spacious and bright. Ideal for couples with children. Purified. Well equipped kitchen. Collecting the keys was very easy. The attention was great, they had already contacted us a few days before our arrival and they were waiting if we needed anything. For example, we asked to change the sheets, and on the same day (and it was Sunday) we were provided with a new set. It is parked outside the house without any problems. To get around with your rental car, it is very close to tourist attractions such as La Geria, Timanfaya National Park, Playablanca and Papagayo beaches.
We did not find the sheets pleasant to the touch, however they provided us with another set the same day we asked for it. Rest is all very well.

Good communication by email and phone with the owners. Very quick intervention when there is an electrical problem. They are considerate, reserved, but have a desire to succeed. The rooms, although not very large, are quite pleasant, modern and functional. A bottle of wine in the refrigerator upon arrival.
The bedding in the parent's room was slightly used (wash basin). We were unable to use it due to the weather, but the pool is really very small, contrary to what the pictures show. 2 power outages during your stay.

An apartment to feel good in a wonderful environment!
The accommodation is fantastically located in the pretty town of Yaiza with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished, we didn't miss anything. There was wine and water as a welcome. There is a beautiful outdoor area with a small pool, flowers, a large pine tree, sun loungers and a seating area so that we can have breakfast in the sun every morning. Since there are only 4 apartments in total, peace and quiet reign here. From Yaiza you can quickly reach all places in the south, trips to Timanfaya National Park, El Golfo, Salinas de Janubio, La Geria wine region or, if you like more tourists, Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen or the Parrot beaches are short and visually very attractive. The town has a small supermarket with daily needs and several restaurants.
After we had good contact with the owner prior to arrival, we did not contact him until 2/3. We looked at the day and made a "check-in". But since everything was clarified in advance and we had no questions, there was nothing wrong with that, it only slightly surprised us.

Shocked with love for Lanzarote
The location of Yaiza - from here you drive to the Fire Mountains and Bodega Street in La Geria and of course south to the Papagayo beaches - is great. The way to Orzola (in the far north) is quite normal, the trip takes 1 hour (maximum speed 60-90 km / h). The apartment itself is beautifully equipped, everything was very clean. The kitchen had several pots and pans, a large fridge-freezer, more than enough dishes and glasses, as well as towels, rags and cleaning products. Salt, pepper, oil and a few other little things. It rained once (it doesn't happen so often :)), and we ran out of electricity. We informed Christopher, the landlord, who came over and repaired the house a short time later. The family lives nearby and speaks mostly Spanish and some English. (For us) a fantastic view of the evening sun from the terrace to relax and enjoy a glass of wonderful Malvasiá vulcanico.
The sun loungers by the pool are not very comfortable, but that didn't bother us.

House with only 3 apartments, very quiet and very clean
Very quiet place, away from the crowds of tourists. 2 landscaped terraces (one on each side). Small pool with sun loungers. You can get there by bus (600 m) and even the village on foot (750 m).
The second bedroom has only a skylight and cannot be ventilated.

Nice family apartment in Yaisa
Large apartment, very clean, well decorated and functional. Charming shared outdoor spaces. We were able to drop our bags before check-in time to go for a walk. A very calm place. Restaurants and supermarket 5-10 minutes walk. Good advice from Christopher for the local bar-restaurant "Bar Stop". Relevant photos.
The mattress is a bit old and moderately comfortable. Bicycle rental depends on an agency located elsewhere. Additional costs can be expected if you choose this solution. This does not apply to the property, but keep in mind that El Golfo or Timanfaya Park is only accessible on foot if you are walking along the road. Otherwise, a car or bike will be needed. It is a pity, because these are very beautiful walks.

Fully furnished house in a beautiful and very quiet area.
Very quiet area, the cottage is fully equipped (except for the coffee maker, everything is there), the cottage is clean, there is an opportunity to sit in the sun and in the shade, the sofa is good, the shower is warm, there are a lot of towels. A good place!
The bed squeaks strongly when turning and the mattress is uncomfortable (lying in a hole). The shower curtain was impractical.

The dimensions of the apartment are truly remarkable. The owner is very helpful and kind who can be found at any time. Fantastic location to visit the entire island. Quiet location and great views. I would stay there again, perhaps choosing an apartment next door with a terrace at the back.
MATTRESSES !!! Really inconvenient! Poorly rested .... Small X double bed by our standards (American King Size ... 1 1/2 square narrow) Few dishes to cook. Our apartment did not have a terrace in the back, we smokers wished it was inconvenient.
