A stay at the top !!! Terrace with sunset Extra...
Perfect location for visiting Timanfaya Park, hiking on the coastal path after the Golfo. Pleasant village and unmissable Bar le Stop.
A curtain to act as a door to the bedroom would be nice.

Interesting accommodation, but.......
An apartment with great views and outdoor areas to enjoy. Quiet area with little traffic. Convenient to the bus stop and with parking for your own car. Ideal for a couple.
The apartment is very humid. It is not equipped with mosquito nets: when you open the doors and windows, a lot of flies fly in. The bedroom is deaf and without a door: it must be equipped with a thick curtain.

Three B, Good, Beautiful and Cheap
The accommodation is beautiful and in a picturesque setting. I liked that it was in a quiet area, no noise, with easy parking. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and even more than expected. Repeat without a doubt.
I wouldn't change anything in the apartment.

Mini Vacations
Excellent housekeeping. I look at bathrooms a lot and I was 10. Where the house is located, there is complete relaxation. Great for short trips and trips. The hosts are very detailed.
Our least favorite was the chair because it was small and a bit uncomfortable, but what we used it for...great.

Small apartment in a great location with a beautiful veranda
Great location and view of the volcanic mountains! Quietly located within walking distance of the center of Yaiza. Super: cozy sofa on the veranda! The apartment has everything you need for a short stay; it is spotlessly clean.
We had to go on the air a lot; apparently, there was no one before us for a long time.

Nothing comfortable
The situation is excellent. I'm good for two. It is equipped with everything you need for life. It was very cool that there was oil, salt, coffee ... Basic food for every day, and buying them for a few days is a little lazy, because you hardly spend them. However, we bought because we did not know about it, and left them for the next to use them.
The worst is undoubtedly the bed. It couldn't be more inconvenient. Springs and mattress are nailed to you. In addition, there is humidity in the apartment. Every time we returned, the smell on entering was terrible. The sofa was small and uncomfortable. After a full day of touring the island, we wanted to relax, but it was impossible to do it on this couch and, of course, in bed. I mentioned this to the owner and she replied that she was surprised by my complaint ... WHEN ALL GUESTS CLAIM THE SAME. Dispensed with the mattress topper in the closet. It's a shame, because it would be great if all this was changed.

Calm in Yaiza
Nice views. The apartment is quite large.
There are no restaurants or anything else nearby. The bed was very old.

Unbeatable situation, very well conveyed. There is a lot of peace in this area. The accommodation is fully equipped with every comfort you can imagine. The best part is the terrace where we have breakfast and dinner.
They should change the mattresses, the springs are very noticeable and you are not resting well.

It's pure tranquility and a nice terrace ... if it weren't for the musty smell, it would be perfect
The smell of dampness when closed all day smelled quite musty when we arrive at night we open all the windows and it helps a lot, but for people like me, allergy sufferers, it is a little difficult.

It might be fine, but ...
We especially appreciated the rental, the sun terrace overlooking the volcano, the beautiful sunsets on the terrace, but above all the tranquility of the place. In addition, the house is generally well equipped.
There is a problem with humidity in the house, which creates an unpleasant odor. The house must be constantly ventilated, but this is impossible when leaving the premises for the day. We didn't really like the double bed which is actually not an adult bed but a teenage bed. Despite the small size, we slept very well

Quiet and beautiful place with mountain views and a beautiful garden of volcanic rocks, very clean and spacious building, free water and breakfast, there is also a clothes dryer and games for children.
Hard bed, bathroom that clogs up easily.

The only drawback is the lack of a door or curtain in the bedroom area. Since there is a lamppost straight ahead, the light is a little awkward.

Perfect
The location is ideal for visiting Timanfaya Park and the Tremezan Route. Very nice apartment in a white house with a patio, typical of the Lanzarote countryside.
Bed a bit uncomfortable but everything else is very good and everything is very clean.

Very nice stay in a quiet apartment in Yaisa
Excellent treatment from the first moment and in addition to a great location the next day to hike the Tremensana route. Also say that we booked 2 nights, 1 night in the middle for another hiking area and without any problem we were able to leave things there for the second night. The apartment was very clean and very quiet and they had a detail that left us water and bread and jam !!
Let's say right away that the fibers of the mattress are a little noticeable.

Wonderful days of light and relaxation in Yaiza
Everything: views, from a beautiful house, made and assembled with many details and care, to the terrace, location: very close to the TIMANFAYA park and ... close to the sea, only 12 km (Las Salinas, El Golfo) ... The places are exceptional !!) ... Everything is great !!

I liked it but not in comfort
The place, a cozy house, clean, good location, has everything you need to stay, you can leave the car at the entrance of the house, quiet.

The location in Yaiza is ideal for getting around the island. The house is in a quiet area, has everything you need.
The house rules stated that windows and doors must remain closed when leaving the house ... when you came back you found a very strong sewage smell .. The spring mattress is not very comfortable.

It seems that the original house was divided into two apartments, so the walls of the room are thin. Worst of all, the apartment exudes a musty smell that strikes you when you enter the house. I had to buy air fresheners.

Everything is perfect, the only thing missing is a juicer and toaster, mattress and sofa would be better if more comfortable but definitely recommended.

Wet experience
We loved the pool in the bedroom ... until we realized it was damp on the wall. Partition made of chipboard ...
We didn't like that the bedroom was damp and that there was no light (only a standing screen). The advertised sofa bed was broken ... had to arrange a place for the child to sleep.
