Convenient, comfortable and clean.
The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Very comfortable and clean room. The bathroom is very cute and modern. Room with a good temperature, we were not cold at all. We had breakfast there, it was very cheap and good. Very close to the center of Burgos and has its own free parking. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
The shower water comes out a bit as it is at ground level.

Everything was perfect apart from a very friendly welcome from a lady who spoke French and even the restaurant thought of translating the menu into French and besides very good. a great place, the address of which we will save for our next trips.

Family room size. Very warm welcome and very helpful staff. Perfect location at the exit of the highway, which we did not hear. Proximity to the center of Burgos (10 min by car). Large free parking next to the hotel.

Very good value for money
we really appreciated the location of the establishment near the exit of the motorway, but still quiet. Very welcoming staff who adapt to our native language (French). besides, a very nice surprise, we had a very modern, newly refurbished room!
the common areas are a bit dated but I think it's only a transition during renovations. in addition, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved.

We booked a room for 10 people. (2 bedrooms, 1 with 4 beds and 1 with 6 beds). When we arrived she says that there are no rooms with 6 beds and that she gives us rooms for 7 people and we paid for 10!!!! She blamed booking.com instead of herself. We have been deceived! 5 out of 7 beds rocked and were unstable.

Nice hotel stop
The hotel is close to the motorway and ideal for a stopover on your way to Portugal. The person at the front desk is very friendly and makes a lot of effort to communicate (despite our poor level of Spanish). The rooms are spacious and clean.

Everything went very well.
Good location, easily accessible, restaurant on site + breakfast bistro, parking integrated into the hotel. Friendly and communicative staff. Gas station opposite.
The quality of the beds, no air conditioning, especially in this too hot summer of July 2022. But hey, it's less hot on the 2nd floor, and we opened a large window that looks out onto a huge square that serves as the entrance to the hotel and at the same time a spacious parking lot.

Arrival, reception, explanation were all good, the hotel is old, the rooms were well renovated,
The restaurant is simple, the staff in the restaurant is not always friendly, when asked what time is breakfast? yes it was possible from 07:00. at a quarter past seven the restaurant was still closed, we wanted to leave at 07:20 when the door opened, breakfast was not ready, we had a cup of coffee and a sweet candied pudding bun from the previous day and left.

Highly recommended if you don't want to be in the center.
It is completely renovated, very modern. It's 8 km from Burgos, but there is a bus at the door that takes you to the center if you don't want to take a car. It has a restaurant with a menu, very good prices and a very friendly and hardworking waitress.
Perhaps the size of the room to put something. But enough for us.

That the room was larger compared to a 5 star hotel is highly recommended. Super nice, spacious...by the way, the bar that is there is super friendly girl, great food and cheap, we only had breakfast but some of the settings were cooked and very good. I liked it... I am leaving a review for those who book and don't have a car like us because to get to the hotel you can take bus number "8" which leaves every 120 minutes on weekends but they count and it's great ... everything is fine.
Few shower supplies, of course, if we asked for more, they could give us. But we take the inventory to the hotel for impressions.

Perfect for a weary break on your way to your vacation.
If the area is not particularly attractive in this suburb of Burgos, the hotel lived up to our expectations. The hotel is a bit dated at first glance but the completely remodeled room was very nice and comfortable. As well as bed linen.

Newly refurbished rooms with very large and comfortable beds. The bathroom has also been recently renovated with a walk-in shower and a glass partition. Everything was very clean.
The pillow is not suitable for those who sleep on their side, as it is too high, but these are high-level claims.

I took this accommodation because I was passing through, really a great choice. They gave me a completely refurbished room to try. Out of 10 I would only add as a suggestion to put a tray in the shower so you can leave the shower gel. Otherwise great staff and cleanliness.

The price of the hotel was too high for how outdated it was in general, nothing was changed, neither the furniture nor the doors ... Everything was simple: great location next to the highway, check-in procedure at the fast front desk (which was available), parking in front of the hotel (security), elevator, nickel-plated rooms, peace and quiet, restaurant and dining downstairs, when we had a good breakfast in the morning, there there were cops who also dined (it inspires security), gas station and other services opposite.

Undoubtedly the friendliness of the staff, ready to help you with everything and always with a smile on their face. The bed is very comfortable and big enough for two people to sleep. The cleanliness is wonderful, the bathroom was sparkling clean, as was the room. Really very happy.
The hotel is very nice but could use a bit of an update. The elevator is old and there is wood in the closets in the room, plus one of the blinds didn't work. It should be noted that at night the car park fills up due to the restaurant and you have to wait a bit for it to be empty before you can park your car.

Geographical position, on the edge of the main street of Burgos. Very nice French speaking staff.
The soundproofing of the rooms is insufficient. People in adjacent rooms seem to be showering in your room! Quite disturbing external noises (people on the terrace of the restaurant directly below the bedroom) No breakfast. To pay more, go to a bar next to the hotel. Not terrible (a little expensive for what is offered).
