Very central hotel, easy access to all places in the city.
the walls of the room were very dirty, the bathroom needs a reform. The bathtub was very bad, the furniture in the room was scratched, and the room is very claustrophobic since the window only opens a little bit, it cannot be ventilated, breakfast leaves much to be desired, they should put covers for the sausages more easy to handle. The little bottles of gel and shampoo were as if mixed with another type/color of shampoo and gel.

A receptionist with long black hair asked my mother-in-law for documentation one day when she entered alone, because she was black and old and she thought that a person like that could not be accommodated, she asked no one else for documentation. The receptionist with long hair, a little blonde, very sweet, who was there on 12/15 in the afternoon, an excellent professional.

We booked one night with breakfast included. Upon arrival at the hotel we found out that what we had booked was a romantic night (we don't know when we booked it?) that included breakfast in the room. When the girl at the reception told us, we told her that it was the first news about it and that we did not want to have breakfast in the room. It was impossible to exchange it for a breakfast in the restaurant without having to pay €10/person.

A very good option for visiting the city.
The location is perfect. It is in the heart of the city, very close to restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and have several pillows. The WiFi is very fast. And although it does not have its own parking lot, it has an agreement with one that has a pedestrian exit 50 meters away.
One of the rooms had a shower and the screen was partial. That caused the whole bathroom to get wet when we showered. They would have to check it out.

Very good location in the city center, close to the port, the old town, shopping. The breakfast was good, but a little more choice would be nice. Service very nice and helpful. Modern decor but cozy.

Hotel in the center of Vigo
I liked its location, that it was renovated and modern and the breakfast. The room is small, but comfortable.
There were areas of the room with moisture, we think there was a problem with the pipes, it smelled a bit musty and there were stains on the bathroom wall. We had to lower the shower pressure because it wasn't draining well and the bathroom was flooded... And the breakfast toaster took forever to toast!

The premier room is huge, it has a place to work and a very large terrace The location is quite good, to visit the city you can walk everywhere. The girls at breakfast are very friendly.
We asked to delay the check-out for 2 hours and they denied it, despite having verified that the room was available the next day. I understand that they do not have to do it, although whenever I have asked for it they have given it to me even if it was paying, but the answer "impossible" seems inappropriate to me. We asked for 2 hours, not staying for a nap. The girls at the reception, a lady and a young girl who laughed thank you, told us several times if we planned to sleep or if we were going to re-enlist for breakfast. I am the first one who likes a more familiar treatment but when you are of a certain age there is no reason to put up with jokes that would make sense perhaps in a bachelor party, but not in a middle-aged couple paying €200 for a room. And they repeated the same joke several times, completely out of place and look how I like to make jokes. They were a lady and a young girl, working Saturday night at about midnight. They don't have their own parking

Design hotel with good rooms and convenient location
The room which was one of the suites was very large with all amenities. Large and comfortable bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the center. Breakfast was ok.
The only complaint is with the air freshener which was too strong and the smell was hard to get used to. I understand that this is something personal, I did not particularly like the smell.

Perfect stay, establishment to repeat
The establishment exceeded all expectations, it was the first time in this hotel and the truth is that everything was very good. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is very good and although the parking is public, they negotiated a very good price. Perfect location, very well close to everything.
The black and white tones of the room, although this assessment is something very personal, there is nothing else to object to.

PERFECT STAY
We thought this was a great hotel for several reasons: it's a modern and modern hotel with a super central location, close to an endless supply of bars, restaurants, as well as entertainment venues and iconic areas such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Compostela.. ... The room we were given was very bright and comfortable. Also note the breakfast, varied and with top quality products, natural juices, good coffee, etc. In short, if we return to Vigo, this hotel will be the first choice for accommodation.

New hotel with all amenities It is a “false” 3 star as it surpasses many 4 star hotels. Large and spacious room with Nespresso available. Bathroom with shower tray. We went to Vigo for the weekend to see the Christmas lights, the hotel was close to all the sights, the market, the main street.... the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast is varied, rich and with natural orange juice.
The only downside that I could call not bad is that the mattress and pillows were too hard for our liking. But for color tastes right? Obviously, they will not be the same as those that each of us has at home. So all is well!!!

We liked everything. The perfect place to discover Vigo. The administrator is very friendly. He answered us 3 times on the phone, solving doubts about how to get to the parking lot by car, since many streets in Vigo were closed. The room was great and very clean. We had free coffee in the room. In addition, the breakfast/buffet contains everything: fruit, toast, scrambled eggs, coffee, pastries... We loved it. Please note that the value for money is ideal.
We liked everything, although as a suggestion we would say that the toilet brush holder is missing (at least in our room 305).

Spacious room and nice amenities. Recommended modern design and breakfast in the room. The hotel is very well located. It has a minibar at regular prices.
It doesn't have parking although there is an agreement with parking next to the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient to have breakfast in the room as they didn't have an allocated seat.

A very well maintained hotel in a great location.
The executive suite is very beautiful and huge. The extra-large bathtub next to the bed allows for total relaxation. The terrace was very nice, even if it didn't match the one in the photo, and the view left a lot to be desired. Great location.
The very dark colors of a room in an eternally gray city (we went in August) darken the atmosphere a lot. We opted for breakfast in the room (for added safety during covid) and it was the same every morning for the 4 days of our stay (I understand it was continental but maybe a little fruit or croissant change would be great).

We hired a romantic package and I must admit that the breakfast in the room was quite good. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise in the hallway.
The only downside is that of the 3 windows, only 2 were with blinds, so from 7 in the morning the light entered the room through the window, which had only a curtain.

Excellent value for money in a hotel
Central and well located hotel. The presence and decoration give the feeling of a quality hotel. The room is spacious, there are all amenities, a large TV, a comfortable bed, semi-soft pillows (to taste), the bathroom is very spacious, clean, there is shampoo and washing gel. In terms of quality, the price is very good. We left without breakfast because it cost 14 euros per person and because it is so central that there are many bars where you can have breakfast. Therefore, I cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast.
It does not have free parking and the area is for loading and unloading as it is central. The hotel offers an agreement with the car park around the corner for 15 euros for a full day.

What I liked the most was the bed in the room which was very comfortable and how everything was new, the furniture and the bathroom which was not only modern but also very clean. And of course the location, the hotel is close to the center and close to almost everything.

I don't understand the rating of this hotel. When we arrived the room was dirty, it was cold in the room and the blanket was the brown one from grandma's house full of dust. We had to tell reception to clean it up. There were even globs of dirt on the walls. They didn't apologize. They sell you the romantic pack with breakfast which is: - 1 bottled juice upon arrival - Second breakfast, the good buffet breakfast is for people who book a normal double. They gave us a toast of cold Bimbo bread and cookies, a jar of cereal as if we were 8 years old, and 4 slices of fruit. When I say at reception that I want to cancel breakfast the rest of the days, explaining what had happened, they are all excuses, that with this pack you do not have access to the buffet, that they send a message after booking so that there are no surprises... that I can cancel it calling booking for the rest of the days but they are not going to take it from me and they cannot do anything. Even so, they tell me that she also calls booking... After a while booking contacts me because the girl at the reception had managed to speak with them and says that they are going to reimburse me €2 per person per day for breakfast, which is what they tell her at the reception that breakfast at the hotel is worth. I go down to reception and show them the booking hotel rates. More excuses... It's that the booking price is different... The rate is this. In the end they reimburse me for part of the breakfast but I still lose money In short, this is the worst value for money hotel I've ever been to.

I didn't try breakfast because it wasn't included and it cost 14 euros. In the center there is a cafe with very good prices. Other than that, the hotel is great and the staff is very friendly.
I don't know why the price for one of the 4 nights was slightly higher per night. It should have been like this from the time of booking, but I didn't know about it. I don't like such surprises.

Escape to Vigo
The hotel looks very new and elegantly decorated. Our room was bigger than we thought, even the bathroom. We took a romantic package, they left us a small change and brought breakfast to the room both days, which was very convenient for us. The situation is ideal, in the center but on a quiet street.

Exceptional
Excellent location in the old town. The double room was spacious and the bathroom the same. What we liked the most was the breakfast in the room every day, since we had taken the romantic pack, and super complete (coffee, milk, natural juice, cereals, fruit, jam, various breads and pastries)

Great location, very quiet, comfortable and clean beds.
In compliance with the Corona regulations, delicious breakfast. A healthy muesli or something would be nice. Overall very friendly and attentive.
I accidentally specified one person when booking and then had to pay double for the 2nd person on the spot than if I had booked directly for 2. I found that unfair.

LOW PRICE / QUALITY RATIO
The bed was comfortable and the hotel location is central. Good breakfast....
The room was very poorly soundproofed, a cistern was heard all night and when the doors closed they make a lot of noise, therefore we could not rest as much as we would like !!!. The check out was at 12; At reception at 12:12 they were calling us asking if we were going to extend the stay...¿????. Given the circumstances and that it was clearly seen that there were not too many guests, our score is on the poor side!!!

Central and comfortable hotel in Vigo
Clean and central hotel in Vigo. There is a good quality price relation. It does not have parking but they have an agreement with a nearby public one.
