We have a superior double room with terrace. In the photos all superior double rooms appear with tables and chairs or sofas, except ours. We wanted to have a glass of wine in the room and had to sit on the bed. It was very hot in the room, we turned off the heating and it was still hot, we couldn't sleep all night.

They have not even foreseen that being a fully glazed door, if you do not have a way to notify the cleaning staff that you are inside, they enter and any type of privacy is charged. There is no room service phone or way to talk to reception if it is not going down to it. Very disappointing. It's not worth half of what they ask for.
