The apartment is actually a loft, which has 3 windows about a span, at ankle height. You're not sure if it's day or night outside... In the bathroom, the ceiling is so low that you cannot shower standing up. In the photos everything seems new, huge and bright, but in reality you find faucets and walls chipped with moisture, the wood swollen, you have to turn on the lamps all day because no light comes in from outside... Neither the terrace nor the pool were operational. The elevator was not working and our apartment was on the fifth floor.

It hardly had any windows to the outside, just two little ones that you couldn't see anything, the terrace closed for the pints from a long time ago, with a short-sleeved weekend.

It was dirty for what they charge you for cleaning (90 euros). Especially the faucet in the bathroom (it looked like mold). Also the ceiling is very low. My partner (1.80 cm) could not stand up in certain places and hit his head on the ceiling more than once. The floor looks very old and in poor condition and being an attic it is very dark. Lastly, the terrace was closed for construction.

In the bathroom it was also not possible to shower standing up because the ceiling is sloping, but sitting in the bath was not really a pleasant option because of hygiene.

ATTENTION FRAUD!!!! We came as a group (7 people) and booked an apartment because they had a terrace with a pool. However, 1 hour prior to our arrival, the property contacted us and informed us that the pool had problems and would not be available. At first we were very disappointed, but the establishment apologizes and explains to us that the terrace will still be available and that we will be compensated. At the time of check in, the person told us that even the terrace would not be available. We complain about it and we are again promised compensation. During the stay, we see that the window opens onto the terrace and note that the pool works very well and that there really are no problems. we contact the staff who tell us that it is, the terrace is closed and the pool is not available, but we have no explanation other than a vague reason for "maintenance". At the end of the stay we demand the promised compensation and nothing!! Thus, this establishment steals from its customers with Booking's blessing "which can't do anything". SCANDALOUS. RUN!!!!

They were unable to solve the problem with the air conditioner during our stay. There was a stove in two rooms without air conditioning. You couldn't sleep there. We booked 4 rooms and were only able to use two. We had to sleep in the living room.

Attention, this is not an apartment, but an office adapted for a holiday home: there are no walls between the rooms, but windows with curtains. the rooms were very dirty and we asked them to clean, we were told that they had to pay us for extra cleaning (60€). also in the only bathroom of the house on the last night we found a fee.

The room is a converted office, the photos gave a different idea of ​​the apartment.

It's a pity that the maintenance and cleaning of the apartment is so honest, because the location is perfect and the apartment looks beautiful in the photos. But then the sofa in the living room broke, the cushions warped, and every time we sat down, a lot of feathers fell out. The air conditioner on the top floor did not work during our entire stay although we first informed the owner and they said it would be fixed but no one contacted us again. We think they already knew it wasn't working because there were fans in the upper rooms. On the contrary, those below do not. In Valencia in mid-July it became impossible to sleep in the rooms upstairs. All areas lacked cleanliness and overall a bit more maintenance. We were expecting a chic apartment from the description, price and photos, and it could have been if it hadn't been so run down...

The pool water was not very clean. Air conditioners are difficult to regulate.

Communication with the landlord ... When asked if it was possible to stay 1 day longer, there was no answer. Even in reminder. Even though the deposit on the credit card will be blocked for a maximum of 7 days and we left everything neat, after almost 3 weeks there is still a block on my credit card. And again there is no answer to my request to remove the blocking. Really bad
