Luxurious location

The house has everything, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave, all soaps, detergents and accessories for personal and home cleaning, which, even if the cleaning was excellent, can be used in case you need to clean a toilet or a table , excellent for those traveling by plane and need to bring a few things with them. They have a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and pots and pans available. Great service, the staff answers the phone right away in case you have any request during your stay. The location is excellent in two minutes you are at the city of science, from the Turia park and from bus stops that lead to both the old city and the sea. Highly recommended for families even with small children

Treatment, cleanliness, comfort

The owners were really kind and helpful, we made c-in late in the evening and they were already there for the keys while at c-out they allowed us to leave our luggage at home until the afternoon. Services truly designed for a family stay with children: cot, high chair, bathtub even with a duck to play with, various games and books for older children, baby plates, cutlery and glasses, the latest generation washing machine. The house was also equipped with detergents and the necessary for cooking. Fairly good location (about 7 minutes by car to the central squares), very close on foot to the city of art and science.

Impressive apartment, unusual location, the person who received us (Salvador) was very kind, polite, nice... There is no fault in it, everything is perfect. The apartment is the same as in the pictures, Salvador received us on arrival and was always attentive to us, the apartment cleaning was also excellent, no doubt I would repeat this if I returned to Valencia.

Ideally located to visit the Museum of Arts and Sciences, go to Oceanography or visit the old bed of the Turia River and all its activities: Gulliver Park, walking areas, bike rentals, playgrounds, recreation areas, ... Comfortable parking with many services at street level including supermarkets (Mercadona and Aldi), pharmacy, ATM machines, etc. Very comfortable and well-kept house with quality renovations and very meticulous attention to detail: very good sheets and towels, books, coffee maker (and a few capsules on the first day!), Comfortable armchairs as well as chairs and a dining table. ... And Salva is always very attentive, providing all the comforts in the world and making a stay for a few days more relaxed than a stay.

The apartment is very well located, less than 2 minutes from Mercadona and Aldi. Easy to find parking in the area. They have everything on the floor, butter, sugar, nepreso capsules, but what we liked the most was that the hosts spent over 30 minutes explaining all the places worth visiting and this is appreciated when you don’t know anything about the city. ... I recommend and if we return to Valencia we will definitely repeat.

There are 2 supermarkets around the corner (Mercadona and Aldi) and 2 buses that stop at the beach (19 and 92). There are also a couple of night buses passing by. And finally, the owner, Salvador, is super cute :) If I returned to Valencia, no doubt I would repeat it!

Really great welcome before departure by a very kind gentleman, he pre-booked two bikes for us with child seats, upon arrival he took us to pick them up because the rental was a bit far and he provided us with a nearby garage to store them overnight. If he wanted to, he would also have brought them to us in a van on the day of departure! Incredible service. Nice clean apartment with everything you need.
